Vape Escape

I have shopped here a lot but I’m usually dealing with a very nice guy with blonde hair usually has hat on and he works with bigger guy who seems to rather smoke on his on vape then to help out a customer ! Today he and dark hair guy were there and if I’d dealt with these 2first I’m sorry I would not shop there again. When asking for prebuilt coils seems as if I was bothering him and Like I need to just buy the wire not the wire I prefer but what he wanted to sell to me! And if you don’t want to get up and help customers then maybe find another line of work ! I own a business down the road and several people ask me about my vape I usually send them to vape escape now I’m not as confident to send customers. Unless I specifically explain which guys to see .
Also now with vape stores and gas station down the street selling vapes almost on every corner you would want more business or to keep current customers happy not run them off to another shop that might be cheaper or have s nice guy that makes you feel like he’s really happy to help you like the vape store I went to after i left and was treated so nice and even made me feel as if I got a great deal !

I will start off my review wit the good points… as this isnt a bad shop. Let me justify my 2 star rating.
I rarely get to come home to Alabaster… and finding out that they had a vape shop thrilled me. Being that I work in North Dakota, I dont get the chance to hit up a Vape shop unless its somewhere far away.
I am an experienced Vaper. And walking in, I wasn’t really greeted with any kind of warmth that Ive come to expect from a Vape Lounge/​Shop. The bearded guy with a gimped hand was very dry and seemed preoccupied.
I tested many flavors, and picked out SEVERAL that I liked… as I had about 300 bucks to spend.
The bearded guy with no social skills would not give me my requested nic level of 1.2% because I was a dripper. HE told me that I would die if I dripped that high of nic. I guess my experience level was something that he just couldnt deal with.
He told me that he was going to look for my requested nic levels… then told me that they were out… of EVERYTHING I wanted. I knew it was BS, so I left.
Later that day, I returned just to prove myself right… and I was.
I didnt spend any money here due to being berated and talked down to by the employee. Its a shame, though, as the atmosphere was nice and this is the only place I know of that has the Flamethrower and Icy mint flavors I like to mix.
Spend your money here… just as long as you dont have to deal with that idiot.
