If you need a notary public, don’t bother with this bank. The teller/​banker told us that if we weren’t customers of the bank, they couldn’t help us.
As it happens, my regular bank did not have a notary working that day and this PNC was next door. Needless to say I found their customer service unsatisfactory and would never recommend this bank to anybody.

People get robbed here… a lot…
I was a National City client and am now with PNC. This scenic location is not without issue. Besides the frequent ATM stick-​up, this place is CRAZY to get in and out of. The last time I went here, I recall screaming obscenities on the entry and exit of the parking lot.
There are better branches nearby. I recommend you try one of them first.
