This company is TERRIBLE!!! Go with ANYONE else!!! They nickel and dime you for everything! Seriously, you are better off with WIX​.COM!

Outer Box holds itself out as a website design company that wants to help even small businesses create websites. But really, they only want to help you market your website. This is where the money is for them. If you have an idea for your small business, they won’t help you unless they think your idea is profitable to them from a MARKETING point of view, not an actual BUSINESS point of view. They need to keep you on the hook as a marketing client, not charge you for website design, and let you go. They offer you search optimization on the internet, which is also a false claim because if your website contains the right search words, Google WILL find you. I scheduled a conference call with their team that was not kept. So this shows they didn’t want to hear my ideas, let alone read my submitted proposal. When i finally talked with them, they were flipping through the proposal, and I could tell it was the first time they had seen it. So please deal with a more professional team than OuterBox. If they won’t even start a budget on your project without asking for $ 100,000, then you know there’s a problem with the way they view your idea in terms of profitability for THEM, not YOU. In other words, they don’t care if your project succeeds or fails. They don’t care how much you want to effectively serve your clients on the internet. They just want to be able to make profits through marketing your ideas. Buyer beware.
