Steer clear of this place. They will gouge you for all its worth. They’ll do you a big favor by waiting on you and want to charge for any «advice» even though it may result in a sale. The owner is surly, unfriendly and pretends not to know you even though you buy there for years. They really don’t care because I believe they own the entire real estate intersection there. Go anywhere else.

Kim Teague and her family are the bomb — it is always a pleasant experience especially when you are greeted by Maggie :) They always take care to write down everything you need to do for your water and make sure you understand before you leave. Will there be a wait time? Of course, it is a small family owned and operated business and they are busy but it is well worth it. I live 45 minutes away and only purchase my supplies for my spa from them.

My family has been a customer for 20−30+ years. We had a credit for an incredible amount of money and they would not accept it because the due bill had expired. The money was already given to the company from our business there and it should have been either refunded or accepted to have been used! It was money spent and marked in their books.
The customer service and wait for service was horrible. The young man who ended up helping me at the beginning was considerate and a hard worker, but i cannot say the same for those employees and management who have been there since we started going there. They were very difficult and they took months for us to finally get ahold of them and receive answer. If you want good service and be treated with respect, I do not recommend JobRite!
