Out of all dealerships, Dave Walter stands out. Here’s why: they do their best for you even AFTER you have bought the car. I’ve had way better experience with this service department compared to others in general.
Whenever my vehicle needed scheduled maintenance, the service person would always try to figure out first if I had other issues that needed to be addressed. I love their valet service. The loaners they provide are very clean and brand new.
In the dealership, they have space with comfy sofas to lounge around and wait. You may enjoy the free cable on a large TV, WIFI, cookies and occasionally, a hotdog-​bar with your choice of mustard and toppings. For promotional events they might have an hors d’oeuvres buffet. They have a nice little gift shop for your accessory needs. I am also impressed with how much the sales reps know about their product.
I’ve stayed with them for the past half-​decade or so. In a nutshell, this dealership has a level of service that matches the caliber of the vehicles they sell.
