Staff was ok during the fittings, however we had made an appointment and still had to wait 30 mins before we were helped(Then why have to make an appointment???). My now husband even had 2 fittings to make sure everything was correct and we went over everybody’s tuxes. When the guys went to pick up their tuxes there was 1 – 2 things wrong with EACH individual order. Groom– vest and tie did not match(patterns/color were completely different) and had the wrong color shoes. The vest for each of the groomsmen was in the wrong color, and the ring bearer’s pants looked like they had been hemmed from the outside(completely ridiculous). Thankfully the guys picked up their tuxes as early as possible so they could order the stuff in for the next day(which caused my guys to be late to the rehearsal). When the«corrected» order came in my grooms shoes looked like the inside had been eaten by a dog(uncomfortable for him the whole night), his vest and tie weren’t what we originally ordered but at least were the same pattern and color. Plus one of the re-ordered vests for a groomsman was the wrong size. This place is remarkably horrible at their job considering tuxedo is in their name… Do NOT do business with this company. They really know how to stress out a bride right before the wedding. Order was placed at Summit Mall location. Picked up and«corrected» at Chapel Hill Mall

I was a groomsmen for a wedding which took place on May 31st. I went to the Chapel Hill location on Monday, May 12th to get fitted for my tuxedo. First of all, both of the gentlemen there were extremely rude to both me and my fiancée. They tried harder to get me to sign up for my wedding than getting my measurements correct. Instead of answering my questions as expected, they took every chance they could get to give me cocky know-it-all answers. I know this because of the tone of their voices and because I wear a suit almost every day and own more than one tuxedo. I’ve worked with multiple tailors who have taught me a lot about the trade. When I went in on Thursday, May 29th, to pick up the tuxedo and do the final fitting. The place was a little busy, but one of the employees from the first day, the one who printed all of my receipts and stuff, were more interested in getting people in an out quickly than actually making sure everyone was taken care of. Everyone in the store felt so rushed that we didn’t want to ask for any help. I walked out with a coat that was too big. The guy said that it will fit once I put on the vest, which I was told not to try on. The pants were too big. I was told, not shown, that I could bring them in with the clasps on the side. I did and they were still too big. I was told they weren’t. I had to go out and buy suspenders during the wedding reception because my pants wouldn’t stay up. Now mind you, all of these issues could have been fixed, but instead of doing that, the employee told me I was wrong and bragged about how good a job he did. The funny thing is that I wasn’t the only guy I the wedding party that had pants that were too big. Another guy actually had a completely different dinner jacket as well. Last but not least, I had shoes that were two different sizes. If I hadn’t felt so rushed, I may have taken the time to look at the bottom of the shoe. But, when I complained, the same employee said that they were brand new shoes and that I’d be fine. He didn’t bother to check anything after my complaints. That resulted in a swollen foot and two days later I am still walking with a limp. So, to summarize, I received a suit that was too big and one shoe that was a size too small. This forced me to go out and spend more money on this tuxedo and be in extreme pain during the wedding and for at least two days afterwards. When I returned that tux, I was already angry, and the two rude employees were there. This was on Sunday, June 1st. After my previous experience, I realized that they wouldn’t really do anything or care about my complaints so I didn’t bother telling them anything. My fiancée however felt differently. She told them about the shoes and they kind of laughed it off. I am beyond furious with my experiences. This company is a joke.
