Akron Design goes above and beyond for customer service! Last year I rented an eagle costume from Akron Design to wear in our local 4th of July parade. The service was so good that I rented again this year. Unfortunately, we had a misunderstanding where Akron was expecting a faxed contract and I e-​mailed it. They never saw it. We uncovered the error on July 3 — too late for them to send me the costume. I’m in Virginia. Over my protests (I didn’t want someone’s holiday weekended messed up.), Paulette from Akron drove the costume 51⁄2 hours to my home — saving the day! Thank you, Paulette!!! Thank you, Akron Design!
