I brought my girlfriend her for a haircut as we were referred to see Lyann. We showed up early for our appointment. She greeted up at the front and brought her back for a tour of the facility and the various services offered– facials, pedicures, manicures, make up, hair, etc.
We discussed what my gf wanted to do with her hair and looked at some pictures. Afterwaeds she had her hair shampooed and rinsed. Chop chop. Flat iron straightening. 30minutes later, my gf had nice, healthy, shiny hair. All the dead ends gone. She was very happy with the results.
Lyann is sweet and skilled stylist. She kept the conversation easy and friendly. We definitely recommend her! 20 years of experience!

Me and my boyfriend went here for our 10 year anniversary. We did the couples relaxation package. The staff were amazing and very friendly. Our package included a facial, Swedish massage, pedicure and a free lunch. We decided to get the signature massage instead and added manicures too. They were happy to make the arrangement for us. Me and my boyfriend enjoyed ourselves. We will definitely come back again.

I recommend this place. I’ve been getting my nails done here for almost half a year. Never went to any other salon, Myle was my first and now my only nail technician I go to. From when I first started doing my nails she has always been very helpful explaining everything she is doing to make sure I’m getting exactly what I want. She has done my nails for some of my major life events. If you want someone who knows what they are doing and who will make sure you have the best results for your nails go to Myle.

5 stars for Jackie. She is a lovely woman and does quality work. Go see her. She is mainly at their pearl city location Bellaviva on weekdays and on weekends here.

I’ve been coming to Palazio for several years now and I remember the first time I got my nails done. Jimmy the owner himself did my nails. Since then I’ve been «adopted» by Myle she is awesome! When she does my pedicures her massages are hypnotizing. When she does my manicures I walk out with nail art that’s on point! The ladies in the front always greet me on coming in by my name and always call me the day before to remind me of my next day appointment. I have become a Palazio member and I think it’s worth it in every way.

First time to do hair color in this salon and it was ok. My hair is long and I needed color correction. The hairstylist was Mina she was alright did an ok job in trimming my hair color was ok but needed correction. I didn’t like the way she shampoo my hair. She was like pulling my hair and it wasn’t a relaxing shampooing at all. I dnt knw if she’s in a rush coz she had to go to dinner. I still gave her a good tip. For the priced that I payed which is $ 300 not worth it to come here. I had my nails done here and it was good as well as body massage. Their facial service sucks.

I had an appointment at 6pm. At 630p they came to apologize for the wait. The tech finally started at 640pm. They never told me when i sat down there was a wait. Ruined experience.

Love Brandi!!! She has done excellent work on my eyebrows. She has also taken my hair from dark brown to pink, purple, and red, all while repairing the damage I did to it by drying it out. Wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair!

There are only 2 people in the world I trust to style my hair (I am not even included in that list lol). The Palazio is blessed enough to have one of them. Brandi is very professional and knowledgeable. She knows how to work with all kinds of hair. She’s also super friendly and funny and knows how to make you feel comfortable in the chair. I’m always happy to recommend her to friends and family because I know they are in good hands! I’m a forever happy customer.

I had heard AMAZING things about Brandi here and had to go see myself. I came here specifically to see her and she did not disappoint. I went from dark dark brown to grey! Not all at once but worth the many hours spent. First off, she will not allow you to let her do anything to your hair that would compromise the quality of it. If she thinks that what you’re asking her to do won’t come out right or damage your hair she will advise you in the right direction for the health and appearance of your hair. She has a great attitude and vibe and keeps you laughing and smiling the whole time.

I came here once with my mom and it was an amazing experience. I don’t have much to compare it to because the only massage I’ve ever received was from someone in the family (she’s a massage therapist). We made reservations and at the time, they weren’t busy at all so they had a number of massage therapists available. We were seated in a quiet dim room behind a curtain to wait to be called in. A man and a woman comes in and it was our turn! I personally did not want a man to massage me only because it was my first professional massage and I didn’t know what to expect! Who knows, he could be a strong guy and wouldn’t know how how much pressure to apply. Lol. Let’s be real tho, I’m shy and that was basically the reason why I wanted a lady.
You basically get undressed, and you wait for them under the cover. My mom & I were in two separate rooms but there was a sliding door between us so the whole time I could actually hear her bones cracking! It sounded pretty intense to me so I was glad I traded her for the lady! Lol. Other than the disturbing noises of cracking, I enjoyed this very relaxing experience. She knew what she was doing and I felt great. I wish I could remember what her name was though.
I just recently reserved a package for my mom as a gift for Mother’s Day. They have a few specials going on, but this one is for a choice of a massage or a facial along with a mani and pedi. She’s basically a regular here. I can’t wait to hear how it goes.

March 15, 2016:
I came the day before my Junior Prom with a friend. I figured, if I went the day before, there was little chance of it messing up or breaking. My appointment was at 3:00 so I was there at about 2:50. The receptionist told us to go to the waiting room. After about 15 minutes, my friend was called. I waited for another 10 minutes before I was called out. I went out, and they were scrambling to find me a nail technician. It was weird, because I made an appointment. The woman who helped me was, to be frank, rude. She laughed at my nail choices («why do you want black», «why would you want that?» «no! sparkle looks better»), cut the skin around my cuticles, and was very rough. I say «she» because she never introduced herself! It felt very rushed, and she clocked out as soon as she was finished. Also, I noticed that she got glue all over my fingers, and she didn’t have the full nail coated with polish (very noticeable because it was black). I don’t think I’d go back, even if I requested anyone else.

Called to make an appointment for a cut & toner with a hairstylist I had seen at a different salon before she relocated here.
Initially, I was told by the receptionist that haircuts started at $ 45 & toner started at $ 50, but it could go up depending on the stylist. No big deal since I was told it wouldn’t cost too much more if the stylist had chosen to increase the price.
I ENDED UP PAYING $ 176 + tip! Seriously?! I called for a breakdown & I was charged $ 53 for the cut & $ 110 for toner! To add, I wasn’t given ANY justification as to why the toner, specifically, ended up costing so much– especially the fact that toners are TEMPORARY & do not nearly last as long as hair dye.
Really disappointed in lack of communication– don’t think I’ll be back.

When you first walk in, the place looks amazing. Everything is clean and in order. All of the staff is very friendly. They have you wait in their waiting room, which is very nice. I got my nails done, and they came out amazing (pic attached). The lady who did my nails (I don’t remember her name) was kind and gentle. She was very thorough and made sure my nails looked perfect. They can be a little pricy, but it’s worth it. I would recommend this place to everyone. Especially since their acrylic nails are only $ 27.95.

First time shopping at Pearlridge Center today and since I’ve needed a pedicure for about a week, I decided to stop in to see if there was any walk-​in availability. They took me in immediately, which was nice, but the good news stops there.
My nail tech barely spoke a word to me during my entire service, I tried to pick two different nail colors and they were out of both (okay, why do you even have it as an option on your ring of samples if it’s not in stock?), cold water in the tub, and I think the most irritating thing was that SINCE she didn’t want to speak to me or give simple requests (when to lift my feet, for example), she started yanking/​bending them at her own will even AFTER I explained that I have arthritis in my ankle and it’s very sensitive.
All in all, this was definitely not somewhere I would return to unless I was given a certificate as a gift or something of that nature. Pretty place, everything looked clean, the receptionist was friendly and kind enough to honor a military discount, and the location was convenient. Just wish the service during my pedicure would’ve been on par with everything else.

My daughter went with her friend today to get a manicure and pedicure because they have a banquet tomorrow. Asked her to see it and was shocked at how bad it was. Looks like something she could’ve done herself. $ 69 for crap. It was the first time she ever had her nails done. Told her next time she should’ve asked the lady to fix it. Lesson learned. Not letting her go here again.

I love my hair! Thank you Palazio for such a great experience and for my beautiful hair! I wanted to color my hair at last minute to a deeper blue like royal blue. I made an appointment the day before after calling many salons, they were the only ones that had the perfect time and day for an appointment I needed. They are a little pricey but it’s worth it’! Fancy beautiful salon, talented workers, quality services! I had an appointment with Justina and she’s was the best hairstylist I’ve gone to! She is sweet, detailed, and gentle! I showed her a pic of what I wanted and it came out better than the picture! Thank you Justina, I love my hair and so does my bf! Haha

Ah, relaxation.
I work nearly 7 days a week and found myself with a day off a few days before my trip to Vegas and knew that I needed to get myself prepped with a cut and eyebrow wax. I had passed by this place several times and had always told myself that Id one day treat myself there; and the time had now come. There was also a sign on the window that had said that there was a 20% off discount for haircut services for new clients so… score~~! ^_​_​^
I had looked up the reviews and price menu of the place and thought that it wasnt that bad since it had seemed close in price to my other salon. Its located in Pearlridge Shopping center (in the Macys side) on the ground level, kind of next to Supercuts and across from Gomatei. Theres plenty of parking, but it can be hard to find if the mall is busy. –_​_​_​_​– Luckily, it wasnt that crazy and I was able to walk in with no appointment, with no problem.
The receptionist immediately brought me to a cute little seating area and gave me some lemon water as well, which already started to set the mood for my mini spa day. The ambiance and smell of the place just automatically gives off a relaxing feel, which was exactly what I wanted. After filling out paperwork, I was almost immediately taken in by a stylist whose name escapes me: x
She had me put my things away, and led me an area of individual sections with mattress-​like seats, to do my eyebrows. She asked me what I wanted to do with my eyebrows, and being the plain person that I am, only wanted them to be cleaned up and not too thin xP So she had me lie back and did some kind of magic (Its important to note that Im pretty sensitive when it comes to my eyes, and I usually tear up; but she did it with care :)). The wax wasnt too warm, and it wasnt as painful as it normally is. Or maybe it was those heavenly seats that seemed like it were made out of clouds…
After the eyebrows (which turned out exactly how I wanted it), she took me to wash my hair and ughhhhhh. it felt so relaxxxxinnnngggggg. The water was a tad bit too warm, but I didnt mind all too much since she massaged my head so well at the same time :)
I had told her what I wanted to do with my hair and explained that I dont take too much time to do my hair since Im always in a rush but also shared my distaste of how flat my hair is (darn you asian hairrrrrrrr~~). She took this all into consideration and took time to re-​layer my hair while making some small talk. She even turned my chair toward the tv so that I could watch the Devil Wears Prada on tv.
Now what threw me off guard was my bill at the end. Now I realize that this isnt like Supercut where Im told up front on how much the appointment would be, but man oh man did I have sticker shock; The website said that a haircut would be around $ 35 or so and an eyebrow was was $ 17/​$ 18; and I did take into account that it may be a little more expensive since I kind of had long hair, but I didnt expect my total to come out to $ 80 0.0 ESPECIALLY since i was supposed to have 20% supposedly?
The Pros:
–Super relaxing environment
–Professional and knowledgeable staff
–That heavenly mattress thing thats filled with clouds or something
–The stylist follows exactly what you want
The not so nice:
–Expensive D: No breakdown of the bill either.
Id be willing to go back, especially to the same stylist I had (ill update with her name, later). But perhaps Ill only go back when I really want to treat myself again (or if I win the jackpot!)…or to steal that chair! :X

Coming here for the first was a total surprised, literally! I had no idea. My boyfriend walked right to it and before I knew it, I was sitting down and getting my nails done. I was a little apprehensive about the whole thing. I have always felt like everything here on island is severely overpriced and the service lacks big time, that is why my boyfriend had to surprise me with this pampering time.
First time: Erica did my nails and it was great! Not once did I jump up, feel pain, or was uncomfortable. We chatted for a little bit, although it was hard to hear her (that’s how soft spoken she is), then she took her time with each and every single nail. I was very happy with the service and the hot pink color.
Second time around: I was ready for a filling and I had called to check if they had something available, the person who picked up the phone was really rude and told me they were booked. Ok, so I settled for the next day. When I got there, I waited a few minutes and I was then greeted by Erica. I wanted to have just regular nail polish this time and she told me that the salon doesn’t carry anything but gel colors. That was a major turn off because you are forced to pay more just because they only carry gel colors. It took her about 1 hour to even drill the gel color off my nails. She just took forever. Then when I decided on what color, the color I chose was almost gone so she had to use it sparingly. She only did 1 coat and I am now noticing flaws. She should’ve told me that the color wasn’t going to be enough and that I could choose another one. 2 hours later! And $ 45…I was walking out the door. This was a major bust and on top of that she left my nails super sharp even after I told her to curve it at the ends. I had to go home to file the corners.
Think I’ll be going some place else next time around…
