Jamba Juice

3stars only because I went there one time before today, I ordered 2 Garlic Parm Roll. She aaid they had more in the back. Then her manager or supervisor comes out and says they only had that one left so she refunds me for one… then the manager/​supervisor says Jamba Juice is discontinuing the roll so they wont be getting more after today. Ok! I say… a few weeks later TODAY, I got in to get my regs — Gotta Guava… and what do I see? Garlic Parm Rolls… hhmmm! Someone has got something WRONG! Other than that I havent had a bad experience at Jamba Juice.

I went to a lot of JJ’s around the island but none of them beats this one. Impeccable service and they always keep the area nice and clean.
Every time I go, the smoothies ALWAYS taste really good! They never fail me (‘:

Slowest jamba I have ever been too. We order a gotta guava and orange dream…10 mins and counting…

Jamba had evolved over the years and this location is prime since I work near by. I really how the employees remember (I can think of 3 whom I see at either breakfast, lunch or dinner time). They are super nice and sometimes walk over to hand out my smoothie which is very nice. I do not expect them to, but if it’s slow it’s a bonus.
This location does tend to get busy during the lunch hours (especially when students get out of school). I enjoy collecting points, where you get $ 3 off every 35 points you earn. You get 1 point for each $ 35 you spend.
I like how they’ve been selling juices with non-​dairy and soy. My favorite so far is apple and greens. The carrot karma is also refreshing. The thing my sweet tooth missed is the guava bar. They discontinued selling it. :/​but it’s not a deal breaker!
Customer service here is bomb and drinks have been on point for the past 6 years of coming here.

Classic smoothie chain, with lots of smoothie options. My daughter is in love with Jamba Juice. While I’m getting my Starbucks fix she’s next door getting her Jamba Juice fix. This place is conveniently located (next to Starbucks of course). The staff is always friendly. this store is not normally that busy so she’s able to get in and out quickly! The parking lot is a bit crowded at times but I always seem to find a spot.

Fast and friendly! I was in and out in less than 5 minutes with my Orange Dream Machine. Plus, since I’m in that Jamba rewards program I had $ 3 waiting in my account to be used toward my purchase! Awesome! Make sure you sign up for that… I don’t come here a whole lot, but it makes me keep coming back with discounts like that.
Great customer service today, too. Troy was very friendly and even wished me a good day on my way out… by name, too! I always appreciate when people acknowledge me by my name… just an added way of showing appreciation. :-)

My favourite Jamba location! Everyone is friendly and greets you with a smile. First place where they actually remember me and my order as well. Lisa is fantastic and always is cheerful and happy making our Sunday after church stop all the better! They are really great about subbing out things you can’t have if you have allergies as well. I really am bummed they discontinued the Kona Berry Blast but the Tropical Dragon is a good replacement. Hubby loves the Strawberry Surfrider. Parking is a bit of a bear and the lot can be confusing so just fyi.

This is the best jamba juice on the island! I always get the acai primo bowl. The employees are always friendly and welcoming.

Jamba Juice is pretty consistent no matter which location. However, I have to give five stars to this location at pearlridge because when I went to go get my freshly squeezed orange juice, they were so fast and efficient. Great employees!

Sometimes people just amaze me with the kind things they do. Today was no exception. My daughter and I feel a bit under the weather. We ordered our drink and sat eating my food from Down to earth next door. The girl brought us a spinach egg wrap to «help warm us up cuz we looked cold.» What a kind gesture.

Located in between Pearl Ridge shopping center and Anna Miller’s restaurant, very convenient location when going to work. When you walk in, you just smell Healthy. Very clean and organized. Counter person was very welcoming and nice. Worker was the only one there but was very fast and efficient with my order. Acai bowl was a winnah and oh sooo good. My kale juice was also delicious. No complaints from me, coming back soon to get my dose of healthy!

The BEST service West of the Mississippi!!! And they make one real guuud Gotta Guava! These kids got it together!

Jamba Juice is my homie. Especially when I am sick or feel the onset of a cold coming on. Especially when working with kiddos who sneeze on you, or cough on you point blank in yo face.
I usually order their cold buster with an extra boost of immunity. It’s very orangey, and it’s a bit different, but I’ve grown to love this stuff as I swear by it when I’m feeling under the weather.
I also get their parmesan pretzel that they heat up in the oven. It has a sourdough type of taste to it and goes perfectly with mustard. Mmmm.
Previously, I have also ordered just their sherbert by itself. The pineapple, raspberry, and orange is so delish. Didn’t ever think you could order just that, huh? Especially since it’s not in smoothie blended form.
Sad that it’s not as popular as it was before. But at least there’s no real lines. Jamba Juice, please don’t go anywhere soon.

It’s a Jamba Juice like all the others conveniently located next to a Starbucks. I love that I can grab smoothies for my kiddies and run next door for an iced coffee for myself. If you’ve got a load of little ones I recommend buying a power sized smoothie as you’ll get four kids cups out it. In addition I love love love love love their Southwest chicken flatbread pizzas. They’re small but an easy snack when you’re in a rush. I can’t tell you how many times these little pizzas have saved my sanity from a stressful day of work and family.

I have to give a shout out to the staff over here! Excellent service! I don’t usually go to jamba juice so when standing in front of the menu, I was faced with a severe case of decision paralysis. The staff, seeing my struggles walked me through almost the whole menu. They were so patient!
So I ended up getting the apple and greens smoothie. Trust me their fruit and veggie blends are better than you think. I don’t really like the acai bowls here but the other bowls on the menu are crazy delicious! That choco strawberry one is insane! You’d think it would be too sweet but they seem to get it just right. One of the reasons in the past I never went to jamba juice was because the smoothies were never blended well. On this last trip there everything came out as it should. I think I might start coming here more often!

I’ve been to Jamba numerous times and I’ve always been greeted with a friendly staff. This morning I was running early to work and decided to grab a Jamba since I didn’t eat breakfast. Glad I did! I never experienced a more energetic and friendly worker than this morning. I didn’t catch his name, but he definitely started off my morning in a good mood. Not to mention my Orange Dream was made perfectly. I usually order the White Gummy Bear, but lately I’ve been craving the Orange Dream Machine. Both are amazing drinks to order!

At this Pearlridge location, the employees work very hard to make sure you get your right smoothie. Yes, they are similar to the other Jamba Juice chain locations but the staff here makes you feel welcomed and will guarantee you walk out the door with your perfect drink.
If you’re a green tea lover, be sure to try the «Green Tea Mist» which is not on the menu. It’s a lighter version of the Green Tea Blast by using a lower calorie dairy base.
This Jamaba Juice is sandwiched between Starbucks and Down to Earth Market. I notice this store is a little bit slower compared to the Starbucks next door but they always seem to get my order correctly! Yay for fruits and veggies!

Normally I just pay with a debit card but I needed to get cash so I figured, what the heck, there’s an ATM here, I’ll take out some moola.
For whatever reason, I ONLY like to get the white gummy bear smoothie from Jamba. Really. I don’t think I’ve ever had anything else. And whatever the reason, I like this location’s one the best! I rarely get to come here but there’s just something different about the taste. (it could be i’m going crazy or maybe a little mento-​bento.)
Anyways, of all the locations, I think I like this one the best. :) Keep up the great work!

Out of the 3 locations in the Aiea zipcode, I really like this Pearlridge location the best for its fast friendly service.
On Sunday mornings, Lisa is bright & cheery and remembers me by name, which is first class in my books…
If you haven’t tried the Oatmeal yet you have to try it, its not the instant oatmeal you eat at home or at Mickey D’s, this is freshly made oatmeal with a variety of toppings. I tried the breakfast wrap for the first time and it was a very tasty delicious suprise. It served the entire day.

The staff here are very helpful, particularly this one friendly gentleman. Last week he offered my daugher a kiddie cup, which I didn’t even know existed. He took one out to show me how it is the perfect size for such little hands to hold. My daughter is always fighting me for my smoothie and now she can have her very own. Perfect!
Today that same gentleman who helped us last week made our Groovy Guava drinks and came around the counter to open the door for me since he saw that I had my hands full carrying my daughter and two juice cups. How sweet of him.
The drinks seem to always be mixed perfectly. The one time the taste was a little off on my drink they made a larger sized whole new one for me right away, and were very apologetic. It turned out that their machine was out of syrup, which in turn changed the flavor of the smoothie.
This branch definitely deserves a complete 5-​star rating from this Unilocaler. I have been to many different branches of Jamba Juice and this is the only branch that has impressed me by far. My daughter and I are definitely big fans of this particular branch!
