This specific Carl’s Jr. Is pretty darn awesome. The employees here are definitely very kick back, extremely relaxed and have no problem bringing things to your table rather than you getting up. They are also one of the few Carl’s Jr left that have the purple house dressing which is the best sauce. Can’t complain and you really do get the best bang for your buck w the 4 $ meal

Bad service their cashier was very rude, she seemed new since she made a mistake but when I had them fix it she gave off a vibe that she was pissed that she messed up and it was my fault and seemed to be annoyed. The rude employee was really the only downfall of this visit though.

Wonderful drive thru. Lady was nice and professional. Good area too. I’m not sure what else to say. It was a good experience.

The absolute worst fast food restaurant I have ever been to. Went there at 3:00 pm on a Monday afternoon. Went through the drive through. There were 3 cars ahead of us. We waited 17 minutes before our food was ready. My 4 year old fell asleep while we waited for her meal. When I asked why it took so long, the manager asked if we wanted ketchup. After I asked again she stared at me with nothing to say. Not ever apologizing. So rude. We will NEVER go back.

Here we go again With Carls Jr in Agoura… right on Kanan. I asked for a grilled chicken salad. the Kady asked if I wanted a combombivsaid yes with no drink. I also ordered a star burger. Well I got home I had an un grilled rotten salad and no fries and a burger. I paid over 9.50! The cashier went to give me a huge drink which wasn’t even mine. It would help if they hired people who spoke English. This is what is so dusgraceful. you hire employees to take food orders that can’t understand or speak English.

I just had possibly the worst fast food experience ever and my stomach is still upset hours later! I stopped in for 2 beef tacos and of course as usual it took 15 minutes for 2 tacos because they sat there under the heat lamp and no on cares but that’s not the worst part at all — get this, there was a freaking fly in my order and a fly flew on to my blinds after I opened the wrapper! Wow, I’m disgusted and never going back. I still can’t believe it and will be contacting their offices tomorrow, I am sure they need to know about this.

The one star is not a low rating due to any food issue, it’s a low rating due to the scam that is going on. This last Saturday night 03÷01÷15 at around 8pm I went through the drive thru and ordered a single western bacon cheeseburger, total with out tax was $ 3.69. The woman working the window told me my total with tax would be $ 4.25. As my wife and I drove toward the pick up window I said to her, that doesn’t seem right, with tax it should be around $ 4.02 maybe $ 4.03. When we got to the window I thought maybe she will correct her mistake on her own, but instead she asked for the $ 4.25. I told her that $ 4.25 can’t be the correct total, she then took a quick glance at the register and said it’s $ 4.02. No my mistake or sorry or anything that would lead one to acknowledge the mistake. So now your thinking that’s not such a big mistake and you would be right, it’s what happened next. I gave her a $ 20 dollar bill expecting $ 15.98 in change, what I got was $ 15.78. This was no second mistake, this was a scam most probably perpetrated on most if not all customers that patronize this Carl’s jr. At least during this particular woman’s shift. I went in and asked several times for the 20 cents that she shorted me and after a few uncomfortable stares from her she gave it to me. Also there was no receipt in the bag. Now imagine how much money could be made if every person that came in was paying extra on every item they ordered and how many people can add or try to add their total on an order that has numerous items. The added cost could be considerable and most people probably would be none the wiser. It was like she was determined to rip me off, almost like she had to hit some sort of quota. I know it was only 20 cents, but the principle is priceless.

During the rush lunch hour they only have one cashier assisting. It was ridiculous standing in line for over 10 mins to order. They didn’t even apologize for the wait. I think they need to have better coverage.

I swear the people there are completely brain dead. Completely rude as well. Out of the 6 times I’ve been there — it’s been wrong 100% of the time. How hard is it to get fast food right ?? Missing food — wrong orders — missing orders and just completely dried out nasty food. I love Carl’s jr — but this place is just straight up hot garbage.

It’s better than nothing. Food is usually okay, Service can be weird — last time I ordered at the drive thru I got this reception speech — «would you like the BBB burg blah blah blah with the blah blah and get a free blah blah». His English was so awful I was just dumfounded. I guess its okay to greet your customers with a communication challenge. Good job Carl…

Carls Jr is great. Wide variety of food, good prices, more of a restaurant feel than other fast food places. This one was good. They even have a green burrito so you have even more variety! Salsa bar is good, everything was to my satisfaction.

Well I have to be honest, I gave in and tried it again. No gum in my bag anymore, but the employees seem so sad working there. I can understand why, but seroiusly get some moral. The food is now decent. I had no complaints the last I visited. The Drive-Thru didn’t take too long the last few times as well.

I’m not a normal consumer of Carl’s Jr but got roped in for breakfast. Alas, the coffee was too harsh, not to my liking. Even when loaded with cream and sugar. I do like that they have Coke Zero. The breakfast biscuit sandwhich is pretty OK — their biscuit is bigger and fluffier than McDonalds, but I will admit that I am a McDonalds breakfast gal.

This is my normal Carl’s and I often do the drive through at breakfast. I am very happy with their new biscuit sandwiches. Everything about this place is Carl’s Jr average.

I ordered the Sourdough Breakfast Sandwich for $ 2.89. The Scrambled Eggs were fluffy, the Cheese was plentiful and the Ham was delicious. A great start to the morning from this Drive Thru.
