Great place to relax and find unique quality gifts while having the best kombucha tea I have ever tasted! I was never a fan of kombucha… but I am now after I got to taste how New Moon prepares it! The owner, Andrea, is so sweet! They have alot of amazing events each month as well. This is a little gem tucked away in Agoura… I look forward to my next visit! It is plce for mind, body, and spirit! xo

I have found my new cozy, quiet café to work in. Andrea, the owner, is sweet and inviting. The atmosphere is calm, which is essential for me to work. I sat on the comfy couch, but there is a counter with barstools available with outlets close by. I had the kombucha from tap and it was DELICIOUS! There are some snack options. The cinnamon almond bites are vegan and yummy. I’m looking forward to the food menu coming out. I will be back!

New Moon Wellness recently opened its doors and heart chakra to the delight of all those who value community and healthful living. This New Age salon is a haven for local artisans to showcase and sell their wares and yogis to revel in the light of love. Offering classes in meditation and spirituality, and drawing like minded folk together over komboucha on tap, this is the place to listen to local grass roots bands, poetry, story telling. Settle down into one of the oversized chairs with a good book and a hot cup of pour over coffee. Or meet up for early morning hikes in some of the most beautiful terrain this planet has to offer. Andrea Gootnik has years of experience as a tour guide in our glorious Santa Monica mountains, and will offer her expertise in areas of life coaching as well. New Moon is a treasure trove of earthly and spiritual delights. do not miss out !

My husband and I stopped by for a coffee on this cool day. The coffee was outstanding. We will be back for more. The raw granola bars were also delicious.

Andrea Gootnick, the owner, is a life coach, yogi and all-​around ray of light. Her energy infuses New Moon with serenity. She’s created a comfortable living room for Agoura, with plenty of light, great books on the shelf, games on the coffee table and quality vegan snacks.
New Moon offers three flavors of artisanal kombucha on tap, as well as three varieties of gourmet low-​acidity pour-​over coffee. It’s not «cheap,» but this isn’t Starbucks… The coffee is on par with LA Mill in Silverlake (which is much more expensive) and the kombucha is on par with what you’d get over the canyon at Vintage Grocers in Malibu (but a few dollars less). I have to admit that some mornings I will «cheap out» and go to ‘Bux, but then I am always wishing I just took the extra time and money to New Moon for what I *really* wanted.
There is also a big refrigerated case with other snacks: vegan treats and desserts from Karma Bakery and other local bakers, cold brew coffee, and super-​fresh salads from Juicy Ladies.
The best part about New Moon right now is that it is our area’s best-​kept secret. It’s not crowded (yet) because it’s brand-​new, so there is plenty of room to stretch out and read, meet with friends, or work on your laptop.
Andrea has told me, too, that she has plans for community events like book readings and more…
In short, New Moon is perfectly poised to become your new favorite spot!

This place is a hidden gem! The owner, Andrea, is so loving and warm, the place feels like home. It’s a great place to hang out and even get some work done in. I love coming in after yoga and getting a delicious organic vegan meal to go, a drink, or even a healthy treat! Spread the word!
