Dr. Richard J Rishko

I’ve been with Dr. Rishko since he started (with his predecessor, Dr. Evans for years before that). My family has always been treated with the attention to care these doctors would provide their own family and friends.
When anyone in my family has had eye injuries and serious vision issues, Dr. Rishko was willing to allow emergency visits, followed up until the problem was solved. Once, when he wasn’t sure he had the answer, he wasn’t too proud to send me to an Ophthalmologist. A lot of doctors won’t admit they’re not perfect, even as a patient suffers– but Dr. Rishko is more concerned with his patient’s needs over his own ego.
Our regular eye exams and vision needs have always been handled in a timely manner. Staff are all friendly and know their business. Billing through ins. is always handled quickly and in a way that gets us all benefits we deserve (as little out of pocket as possible), and they work with what we can afford.
HIGHLY recommend Dr. Rishko. The other practitioners (like Dr. Sam) are great too! Sports training for eyes, vision therapy, etc. I live a long way from the office these days but still make the trip to see him because I can trust his medical care and concern for my well being.
