EB’s is famous for their wings. I do not like, at all. I have tried them a few times, and still dont like them. I do like their grilled Cesar salad. I will go their and eat with my friends. But the service is super slow. So make sure you get there before you are really hungry. You may become hangry waiting for their food. They do deliver which is a nice plus!

As good as it gets if you want a friendly family owned restaurant. The Wings were hot and came with a side. Also known as EB’s Specialty Chicken Restaurant. Plenty of parking. I’ll be back.

Been here a few times. The food is good, but not outstanding. It’s a nice place to hang out with friends and watch some football. You can tell it’s been around for a while, and could probably use some updates inside, but that wouldn’t keep me from going back since the food is good and the staff is friendly.

Their signature item; buffalo wings, are still AMAZING. Plump and so flavorful. Grinders and your typical red sauce Italian fare also fine. However, I recommend you steer clear of some of the chicken«entrees». They used to be delicious and comparable to what you’d get at a fine dining establishment. Not so much anymore. Chicken Francaise was inedible. I mean that. It was as if someone dumped a whole salt shaker in and no lemon flavor at all. I did comment and was politely acknowledged and compensated. Good customer service. 2nd try/trip: Chicken Marsala; it was like beige paste with mushrooms in it. No Marsala flavor at all. Just floury and gluey. I also didn’t eat it. Though this time, I didn’t mention it, as I figured. ok, the joke’s on me this time, for trying another chicken entrée. We also asked for our soup«to go» because they never brought it out before the meal, while others were having their salads. Hopefully the cooks preparing the chicken entrees get some retraining. Still great for take-out, grinders, etc.

Kind of an odd setup. Fairly big dining room with no wait staff. You simply order at the takeout desk and grab a seat. A «waitress» did run me my beer(which had to be a different choice because they ran out of the one they told me they had) and food though. I came here on the suggestion of the same co-worker that recommended two other stops on my trip. He made this one seam like the best so I kept it for last but it was far from. I got the«24 karat gold» on his suggestion which was simply a golden BBQ sauce, probably Cattlemens. I also got the«red hot ranch» and both were just«ok». The wings were cooked well and sauces well. The fires I fr were also very unexciting, plains, unseasoned but cooked well. When I asked for ketchup I got some no name brand on a generic container and when I asked for Malt vinegar I received a malt vinegar bottle that clearly was not filled with malt. I don’t know, nothing was horrible but nothing was great. It was also more expensive than my other two stops. For a place with«specialty chicken» in the name/logo I expected much more.

Some of the best wings I’ve had in a very long time. Be careful when you order because the portions are awesome! Loved the steak and cheese grinder but couldn’t finish the 12″! GREATFOOD!

A friend had told me about this place a long time ago. Finally made it yesterday to give it a try. It won’t be long before I return for some more wingies.

A couple friends and I went to E B’s recently after hearing a good review about their food, but we left very disappointed and enough so to where I can’t see myself giving them another shot(I’m not from Mass, so it’s not like I’ll be up there a lot anyways). I believe our mistake was ordering the«Power Pack» which includes 30 wings, an app sampler(chicken nuggets, onion rings, french fries, fried mozz sticks), a 16″ grinder(we went with chicken parm), and a liter of soda. For a place known for their chicken, we were NOT a fan of their wings, nuggets, or chicken parm; things we assumed would be stand-outs since, you know, they have chicken in their name. Perhaps it was our mistake for ordering a huge thing like that instead of ordering smaller dishes? Should that matter, though? Nothing stood out as being good at all, and we were left pretty disappointed, but full, afterwards. I believe my friend who lives in Agawam said he’d be willing to get the place another try sometime, but would could count me out. They’ve been around a long time, though, so they must be doing something right — I just did not see it!

For those who like wings & such this year I sense is marking their 30th in the game & these guys have done very good in my book. When you get their chicken it’s pretty much given it’s fresh & really good. They’ve also got good Italian meals which aren’t solely chicken based; yes they got veal & sausage & Italian Ice. Also got a pretty good beer & wine selection but don’t look for high-end stuff because this isn’t the spot is you’re looking for that. They also do delivery & catering which is pretty good & have a good member loyalty program which is good & great if you hit here or their other spots as well.

my husband and I live right down the street and order from EB’s at least twice a week! My husband always gets the chicken Caesar salad and the chicken is always super crispy and comes in huge portions! I mix it up with them, but I love their potato skins, shephard’s pie, and fish and chips. You can’t go wrong with a family run place as delish as this AND just around the corner!

For those of you that have never been here before… you walk in the door and are faced with a good sized counter with the menu posted on a wall behind it. You order and pay at the counter then seat yourself. Your food and beverage are brought to your table. We had read the reviews and chose to try both the bone in and boneless wings. The boneless wings are sold by the piece(as opposed to the Hanger in Amherst that sells the by weight). All the boneless wings were good sized, juicy, tender and perfectly sauced. They were all consistently the same size. The bone in wings were(I believe double fried… a common way in food service to give a wing a nice crispy skin) and again perfectly sauced. Nothing worse than a drippy wing or one with too little sauce. The staff was very friendly and helpful with any questions I had. I will definitely be back to try other menu items.

Not bad E B’s, not bad! This past weekend we stopped in at E B’s while in the area after reading another review, and I have to say that I was not disappointed. This restaurant hidden in an awkward part of Agawam was a decent wings restaurant. When we walked in we were surprised at their large menu, but decided to keep it simple with some wings, onion rings, and Angry Orchards. The wings themselves were cooked to perfection and the sauce was great. The onion rings were also well done, and the Angry Orchard was perfectly chilled. I couldn’t have asked for more. The venue itself was comfortable. We enjoyed watching both the Bruins and Red Sox games on their TV’s. The waitress who brought us our meal was also incredible and not once did we have to ask for anything. Overall, not a bad spot! I will have to stop in again when in the area.

Not for everyone, but if you like the flavors you’ll be back. Let me start with I’m NOT a fan of their TNT buffalo wings. But it’s not due to poor quality, I simply don’t like the flavor. Their«hot» buffalo wings are essentially Frank’s Red Hot flavored(solid). The ingredients seemed top-notch. The boneless wings were very meaty. The bone-in were good as well. When I return I’m going to try the 24k sauce. One in our party had it and really enjoyed them. It’s counter service, staff is pretty friendly. Wings(or food) is delivered to your table. Service is a little slow, but not obnoxiously so. Lots of TV’s, great«all-you-can-eat» specials on Wednesday. If I’m in the West Springfield area, this is where I’ll go for wings.

I am a big wing fan and used to go to The Hanger in amherst and Rafters in amherst. I really enjoy what you get at E B’s. You get great sauces and mega sized chicken whether it’s on the bone or boneless. I have only tried the teriyaki and the 24 carrot gold and they were both great. So fat I can only recommend the wings and the fries so enjoy. Another awesome attribute of the restaurant is signing up for the restaurant card and collecting points toward future purchases. Lastly be sure to check out the many specials they have like all you can eat wings Wednesdays. What are you waiting for let the plucking begin and bring on the wings.

Ok everyone let me preface this with the statement that I’m a big fan of their wings, everything else… meh. Food: I think their wings are pretty awesome, after having hooters wings you’ll swear they must be breeding giant chickens because their is a ton of meat on them wings. Personally I haven’t ventured from the cajun(dry) and the 24K gold(tangy bbq sauce that will have you licking your fingers clean). The fries are ok but certainly not a standout like the wings. Sometime’s I’ll make my own handcut potato chips at home and just buy the wings to go. They also«claim» to have an excellent fish and chips and they fell short on all accounts. I would call it edible, but nothing beyond that, the breading wasn’t evenly crisp and had a weird taste to it(vinegary maybe?). So after that experience I stick to the wings and fries. Ambiance: I am certainly not pretentious when it comes to places like this. Big Mamou’s in Springfield is one of my favorite spots and no fancier on the inside. My major complaint is the few times I’ve been there and eaten inside it was absolutely frigid(regardless of where you sat). Also this one night we went they had some awful guy singing and playing the guitar practically right on top of us. It really made for a crappy experience. Price: The price is very reasonable and if you go to their website you can print out a coupon and get a couple of dollars off. Bottom Line: I will continue to go here when I have a craving for wings, its close to my house and they’re always pretty damn tasty. I won’t eat inside ever again, nor will I venture out and try other menu items. Some places can only do a few things well.

Don’t drive too far out of your way… If you’ve ever eaten wings at a bar you’ve had wings that could rival EB’s. I don’t get what all the fuss is about here. The fare isn’t any different than the typical frozen Ruby Tuesday’s kind of culinary tom foolery. The seafood chowder was good but a little nerve wracking. It was on the verge of curiously fishy. The fried platter was as good as you cold make it from a bag at home. Lot of fries. Lots of greasy bar food. The wing sauce was spicy but there was unexpected asian sauce influence. Even if you want to sit down, order at the counter when you walk in first. It’s a nice, comfy local-family sort of vibe. Like a dive bar that wants to be restaurant very badly.

I used to be an avid fan of the boneless wings from«The Hangar» in Amherst. I am now certain I will NEVER venture out there ever again for the sole purpose of eating boneless wings. EB’s absolutely DESTROYS them with their phenomenal boneless wings and quieter atmosphere. Seriously, I have yet to try a flavor of chicken that EB’s offers that was not mindblowingly delicious. GOHERE. ORDERWINGS. DOITNOW!
