I was looking for a professional sofa/​loveseat cleaning and opted for Chem Clean even though they had no ratings because they were the best deal available. They also had a 10% discount if you sign in on their website, which helped.
I was very satisfied, the team was prompt, careful and professional. They helped me move the couches inside and were thorough, and told me honestly that the pollen from the couches that sat in a garage for 2 years was 95% off (they look 100% great). I forgot to tell them I might be interested in the post-​treatment so they didn’t have it with them and they said they would give me a discount if I wanted it next time.
All in all I was very happy and I would absolutely choose them again.
