THREE times I’ve ordered over the phone and gotten there 10 – 20 minutes before your closing time and it has been closed, leaving me SOL on what to eat. If you say you close at 9, close at 9. Food is fine but what is the deal???

Well I’ll start off by saying which wich is one of my favorite sandwich shops. The way they take orders is awesome because it’s all hand written by you! I love this location because it’s close to my work and everyone inside is really nice. I’m always greeted by a gentleman who’s name I cannot remember. I’ve gone here about 6 times and they have never messed up anything. LOVE THIS PLACE.

Reuben was good for a chain-​style sandwich shop. Service is catered towards a busy lunch crowd with their sandwich bag style of ordering. It’s a higher end, more diverse option Subway

I’ve been to which whiches before and this is definitely not their most shining example. Customer service was mediocre, the food was mediocre, and they didn’t have ice cream because of the holiday weekend. I still like which which, but I won’t go out of my way to visit this one again.

With many choices to choose from, just the way you want with just the bubbling of ingredients you’d like, Which Wich is truly unique. The sandwiches are very good, I’d much prefer Which Wich than Subway, mainly because the order system gives more choices.

Feel bad for the people working here.
Two ladies who appear to both be new employees are struggling to hang with a restaurant that isn’t even busy. Maybe 10 people in this place.
We tried to order a «project PB&J» but the employees had no clue what we were talking about. It seems the manager or owner gave these ladies the key to a restaurant with little to no training.
Others have commented about the lack of cleanliness in this location. I see why. These people have no time to clean because they can’t even keep up with orders.
Doubt I’ll be back to this location.

Great sandwiches, fresh and flavorful choices. Fast service. I’ve been eating these for 6 years and they’ve never disappointed at any location. The only reason it’s not 5 star is that there’s not more vegetarian options.

I got here six minutes before their closing time and they were already closed! M sooo upset! I’ve been trying all night to get to one of these places. I will never come to this location just because of this. It shows me that they don’t actually value their customers.

My hubby and I stopped here and I ordered the pizza sandwich which was not good, I ordered a hot sandwich but the marinara was cold. I definitely will not order that again. My husband had the new spicy shrimp sandwich and he loved it, he said it tasted like the Asian sandwich’s. I will say I do like their bread.

The staff was not friendly. In fact one guy was really mean to me. The sandwiches are amazing though. I love the coleslaw and chips that you can put in your sandwich. The brownies are awesome too.

For lunch today 1−14−15 — I had the turkey club with lettuce, tomato, pickles, oil & vinegar — it was really good!
However, my wife had a chicken which with lettuce cucumber olives and carmelized onions but the onions are not carmelized and we spoke with the people there and they don’t have carmelized onions but they are on the bag. So she had to pick out each onion because she can not eat fresh onion — it makes her sick.
So I guess my wich was good and her’s not so good. I will probably go back when passing by but I wouldn’t drive out of my way.

First time ever going to eat here.
I had to ask someone how i was supposed to order.
I think it was the employee who made it slightly difficult but of course i figured out.
I think its a good sandwich plain and simple. I was not overly impressed.
If there is one around when im feeling like i need a bite i will go there but to go out of my way to grab one, i wont.

A lot better than jimmy johns and Potbelly’s. They have a nice selection of fresh sandwiches. The price is a little high though. Scholtzkys and subway is still my place to go for sandwiches due to the price to quality ratio.

This was quite possibly the dirtiest which wich I have ever been in. All the tables have leftover crumbs, drink spills and the trashcan is overflowing. The wait for our sandwiches was 15 minutes and at the time of order, we were the only ones in there! Such a shame because which wich food is so yummy. We are not coming back to this location.

Who, I say who does’t just LOVE Which Wich? I do, I do! Great selection (duh), great customization (duh) and great sandwiches. The ONLY thing I would change is the amount of people in there at 11:30 on a weekday!
