Love Dr. Sherman! The first doctor I’ve ever seen that takes her time with you. Very thorough. She moved her office to OakBrook now and even though it used to be 2 minutes up the street I followed her because once you find a good doctor that’s pretty much it.

Love the doctor, hate the staff. You’ve got to be accountable for the people who handle your patients about 85% of the time they are there and this group is just sub-​par. From the rude intake to the complete lack of any privacy concerns (they left test results for a friend of mine with a stranger who picked up the phone) it is inexcusable and only does a disservice to the hard-​working physicians in this practice. There are tons of qualified people looking for work in the medical industry — make your staff measure up to the levels you set for yourself and don’t settle!
