This must be one of their lowest volume stores, as it’s almost always empty. Perhaps that’s why their staffing is low, and it becomes a self-​fulfilling prophecy that you can’t find anyone to help you. We had no problem today, as we were outnumbered by workers three to two.

Note to self: never stop by here for any office needs when there is a Target in the vicinity. A simple stop to pick up folders for filing needs turned into waiting in line for 15 minutes (and we were just 2 of 4 customers in the store) as employees wouldn’t even look us in the eye as they passed us.
We stood in a checkout line and realized no employee would ever enter the area, so we went to the print desk where someone else was being helped. As soon as we left the checkout line, an employee went into the area to make a phone call.
Not sure why they couldn’t open another register as there were 3x more employees than customers, and they weren’t doing anything.

Waited in line behind someone reviewing proofs just to ask a question about pricing in the catalog at the print center. Why on earth are the prices not listed next to each item? Instead I had to wait and wait and told that it would be another few minutes wait while someone else reviewed their proofs. The print area is poorly managed and the service was horrible, the girl working there had no clue what the prices for name badges was, and just wasn’t friendly. Is it too much to at least offer a «Thank you for waiting!»? Got the prices for the name badges I needed but will NOT be ordering them from here, since I don’t want to have to wait behind more people just reviewing proofs without even being acknowledged just to pick up my order.

Worst service… you cannot find anyone. Jumps from customer to customer when you finally get someone… never just finishing one task. Get organize and needs to be managed better. Ridiculous.

This is your standard Office Depot. It’s one of the closest locations to my house, so I’m there as often as I need to be when I run out of printer ink or need a new stapler. I’ve generally been able to get in and out of here pretty quick, and they have pretty good customer service. Sometimes it ‘s actually a little too friendly for me. I’m one of those that likes to look and browse, and don’t always need someone to wait on me hand and foot. But, it’s better than not being able to find help at all when you need it. Store is clean, generally well stocked, and I can always find what I need.
