One of the original Chicago area stuffed pizza makers! Nearly a 2 inch thick pizza. If you love cheese, you have to eat here. Best in Addison and possibly Chicagoland. I’ve been to most of those overrated Chicago joints, and their pizzas are half the size, twice the price, and disappointing. Nardi’s is an Addison original that’s been in business since the 1950’s. I grew up on this pizza, & have been eating it for almost 60 years. I’ve tried most of the others in the area, and only the Mom and Pops compare. They’ve won the the people’s choice award at Addison’s annual«pizza by the slice» contest for the last 13 years in a row, along with a host of other awards. One wall in the waiting room is plastered with them all! Great pizza, great broasted chicken, great ribs, great shrimp! Their quality hasn’t changed in all those years! Viva Nardi’s!

Awful pizza, late delivery, overpriced. Ordered a pan pizza, instead, received a stuffed pizza half an hour later than expected(1 ½ hours total). Pizza was so terrible I couldn’t finish one slice, and will not be boxing up the rest.

I order from here at least once a week! Their double dough pizza is so good, and there is a wide variety of different food. Honestly, I’ve never had anything bad from here. Their staff is quick and always polite, I’ve never had a messed up order and they deliver!

I love this place they just recently remodeled and expand a dining area now. I still love their extra thin sausage and mushroom pizza and I enjoy their veggie appetizer fried, who doesn’t like fried food! They have a friendly staff and this will always be my go to pizza Joynt.

I have ordered from here twice, and will say that it is good but fairly average as far as pizza goes. Some people I know definitely think a lot more of it than I do, and from reading some other reviews on here I think it’s overrated. It’s somewhat expensive and their coupons are practically worthless, so I can’t see this being a regular stop for me.

Maybe I’m bias since I lived down the street for my whole life… But nothing compares to Nardis pizza!!! I even was able to work there for two years during high school! Wouldn’t trade the memories for anything… Except maybe free pizza?! Haha, when I moved back from California this was my first meal home :) it’s pretty much the«go to food» for anyone’s visit back home or for anyone from out of town it’s a must try. Love all you guys!

Love their fried chicken and lasagna. Pizza is also very good. Ordered catering from here and they were on time. All food was delivered hot and fresh.

I just moved to Addison and so far this is my favorite thing about it. Great pizza, especially if you’re a fan of Giordano’s thin crust. YUM.

I was robbed of my pizza night ;( I ordered the stuffed pizza, and it wasn’t a stuffed pizza. It was a super dry pan pizza with a thin layer of cheese and another layer of dough. It was then topped with a very bland sauce. The crust was so dry that my 2 year old had to eat a pb&j for dinner. When I called to make sure I had a stuffed pizza and not just a pan, the lady was not very helpful and just kept repeating«they measure the cheese each time». I’ve never been so disappointed in a pizza before. I’ll go to little Caesars before I pay $ 20 for another sad Nardi’s pizza

My family has been ordering consistently from NARDI’S for awhile now and we love the food and service. But recently we have noticed that the quality of food is exceptional, the portions are extremely generous for a family of five. We have ordered everything from the Mama Mia, The Emilio, rib tips and salads. As for pizza it surpasses Rosati’s by taste and money. We are a family of 5 that includes picky toddlers, and 2 parents that appreciate the speedy delivery even in snow and on Super Bowl Sunday

Had their thin crust and it was good. Fresh veggies, crust well done and not soggy. Good flavor to their sauce. Ready in 15 for pick up, did not use their delivery.

I know it’s a cold Halloween evening. I knew they’d be busy, so I ordered at 11:30 this morning for a 7:30 p.m. delivery. I ordered 4 pizzas, a salad, breadsticks, and buffalo wings. $ 110! We called several times between 7:35 and 7:50 only to be put on hold and hung up on. The order did not show up until almost 8 o’clock. On top of it showing up at almost 8 o’clock, only half of the order showed up. The driver called the manager and rather than trying to fix the problem, she made excuses and hung up. We are still waiting for the second delivery driver to show up with the buffalo wings the breadsticks and a salad. I will never order from here again. Edited* they never sent a second driver, the first driver came back 20 minutes later. They lied. Bad business Nardi’s!

What was I thinking??? When we moved Addison from Chicago in the 90’s.forced to leave behind classic pizza joints like Pete’s(on Montrose), Angelo’s and La Roma we found Nardi’s. Great pizza. For some reason we stopped eating there. What a mistake! The food is great. The lasagna is super duper generous with an exceptional amount of cheese and sauce. Its dinner for two, twice and it gets better each day… and that goes for the stuffed pizza too, WOWOWOWW! And their thin crust is just good or better. And as other commenters have noted, it starts with a great, great phone staff.

The 2 stars are for the eggplant parmigiana and the fried appetizers. We did not order pizza. The eggplant parmigiana is made from frozen eggplant patties. How do I know this? Our order was packed in a box from a company named Bellisimo and it said ‘Breaded Frozen Eggplant cutlets”. I was disappointed that they do not use fresh eggplant. The frozen cutlets would have been ok with me if they tasted good but they did not taste good. Very mushy and no flavor in the breading. I was also disappointed in the fried appetizers. It was a mix of broccoli, mushrooms, onion rings, zuchinni and cauliflower. I didn’t like the flavor of the batter. Seemed like too much cornmeal in it. I’ve had Nardi’s pizza at outdoor events and really liked it so I guess the next time I order from Nardi’s I’ll order pizza.

Ah, Nardi’s. The best stuffed deep dish pizza I’ve had? No. But plenty cheesy, and plenty good… …And among the cheapest stuffed pizza you can find *anywhere*. Make absolutely certain you go to their website and get one of the specials or coupons, and you get the reigning QPR(Quality-Price ratio) pizza in the area. Can’t speak of their other items, but with great yet super cheap pizza, why bother?

This is basically the only place I’ll get deep dish pan pizza over thin crust. Why is their ish so freaking good? Nevermind. I don’t even care. Just know that the normal serving size rules for pizza don’t apply when you order from Nardi’s. Like how normally when you order a medium thin crust pizza it serves 2 – 3, and a medium deep dish pizza serves 3 – 4, that’s not what happens at Nardi’s. You end up eating way more than you thought possible, and at the same time you’ll have no regrets. Here I’s say double up on whatever size you would normally order anywhere else. I love that they use quality ingredients and it seems they’ve done their homework as far as topping ratio goes, because it’s absolutely perfect. I love their spinach and ricotta combo but anything that comes with pinwheel-style sliced tomatoes on top is rad as well. Carry-out and delivery only. It’s worth the trip for the sauce alone.

Awesome Panzerotti with a very good salad/salad dressing. It is an old school hole in the wall pizza joint with great character and service. There are a ton of pizza joints out there but this is one worth going out of your way for!

I lived in Addison when I was younger and worked for Carol for a few years as a phone girl back in HS. I haven’t been back here since — that’s 20 years this year! My brother in law lives down the street so I called in an order for him to pick up and deliver my Nardi’s into the city where I live now, since he was coming to visit. I talked to Carol for a few minutes — she remembered me and was just as sweet as the days of old. We got the DD sausage & mushroom, baked most with meatballs and linguine with OO and garlic. I have missed it. The pizza was delicious — better than I remembered — sauce, sausage, dough — it’s all perfect! The baked most with meatballs — homemade, and amazing. Linguine was al dente and garlicky and I loved it. My very Italian husband is picky when it comes to his Italian food — he was impressed and so happy we ordered. He asked if there was seating there so we can go out there for dinner — I have no issues driving out to the burbs to see Carol and to enjoy ANYTHING on the menu because I’m sure it’s all high quality and made with love just like momma makes. I’m excited because I entertain a lot and Nardi’s will be my caterer from now on.
