Krystal Key Services

Hello, my name is Christina, and I am a clean freak. (Hi Christina)… I admit it, I am one of those people that sweeps and makes the bed before the cleaning service comes to visit. I can’t help it. I like to clean but sometimes when I am having guests, or throwing a party, I like to have some help so once a month or so I use a service.
I have been using Krystal Key Services for random house cleaning for about seven months now. The owner, Nancy, is incredibly nice. My first two or three visits I was very pleased with their cleaning. The middle few were okay and this last time was a total disappointment. I realized they were only at the house for about an hour and 15 minutes (two floors of house to clean). It was the Friday before the fourth of July and I know they must have been busy but I found dirty paw prints on my kitchen floor (from my dog the night before after he’d been playing outside) and there was a weird film of white cleaning powder dried all over my bathroom tile. Floors were vacuumed and things dusted but it seemed a half-​done job. I ended up to scrubbing the bathroom and kitchen floor myself.
I would really give them 2 ½ starts but the friendliness of the owner and the fact that they are nice to my dog makes me give them a three. Krystal Key Services is run quite professionally but I do not feel they are up to my standards. At this point I will probably be looking for another service.
