Did they drop the freaky fast slogan?? Really missing the Frisco location that you could always count on. Addison location does not have customer service or speed. 55 minutes and still waiting!

I frequently order delivery from this location & I got into a habit of ordering an hour before I knew I’d be hungry, because it would take them that long to deliver, even being only 2 blocks over from the location. HOWEVER, the last 4 – 5 times I’ve ordered, they have really stepped up their game & are now living the Jimmy John’s motto «Freaky Fast». Happy to see some ownership was taken. :)

I frequently go to JJ for lunch since they are so close to my work. On days that the weather is bad or I am being lazy I have noticed that they are really fast when delivering it to you, even when I decide to get out and walk there you still see their workers literally running out the door to their cars making deliveries. They are always so nice with a smile and seem happy every time. I like the Italian sub the most and that is what I usually get most days but sometimes I try to mix it up and try any of the other sandwiches which are just as good. The pickles there aren’t bad either, they are pretty decent. When you go into the restaurant it is pretty small like Subway is except it seems to be louder in JJ, as there are a lot more employee’s behind the counter all making sandwiches, they are definitely way busier than Subway. That being said, I prefer to usually eat outside (there isnt a patio outside but I eat in my car on a pretty day) or take it back to work and eat it there. I understand it gets loud with all the conversations going on but I’d rather get it and go eat it somewhere a little quieter but that’s just my preference. our review helps others learn about great local businesses.

This is THE SLOWEST Jimmy Johns ever. I’m located about 1.5 miles from this store and each time I order it takes them over an hour to deliver. The first time was during lunch hours so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. But every time after I ordered on off peak times. Freaky fast… yeah right

I waited OVER 25 mins [they’re less than 2 miles away] for a sandwich that didn’t include the extra meat, cheese, or 2 bags of chips that i paid for… smh damn shame-​never again.

Food is consistently good as with all Jimmy Johns. The noise level at this location is off the chart. Music is way too loud as are the employees. I couldn’t even hear when they called my order. Employees loud and complaining about work «writing sh*t down they expect us to do. Not a good experience.

This by far is the worst Jimmy John’s ever! It’s been about 50 minutes since my order was «confirmed» yet still waiting. When I called over 20 minutes ago, they said it was already on its way, and I’m surprised it’s taking this long since my office is only 2 blocks from this location. Literally. Not to mention I ordered after 2pm at which isn’t even considered lunch rush hour. By no means does this location live up to its «Freaky Fast Delivery».

Person who took my order my rude. Asked for my card number then hung up on me. After half an hour I called to check on where my order was and they rudely informed me that my order hasn’t been assigned to a driver yet and had no idea when it would be. Quicker just to go pick up your sandwich. Amazing how pizza places can cook an entire pizza and deliver it in under half an hour but these clowns can’t assemble a sandwich and get it to you in under an hour.

Freaky fast is the biggest lie that i have ever heard.

DO NOT ORDER FOR DELIVERY. Jimmy John’s always boasts about speedy delivery, but every time we have ordered for delivery it takes them way longer than they say. The last time we ordered, over an hour had passed by, and every time we called to check our order they gave us a different story. So much time had passed by and it was getting late (so no traffic to hold up delivery time) we ended up just canceling our order. Good sandwiches, but does not uphold their fast delivery standards.

Not sure why they only have 3 stars, this place is always consultant, fast, friendly and delicious. Who would give jimmy johns a bad review?

can’t say that this JJ is freaky fast. I literally live 1.5 miles from the location and it took over an hour and then i was missing my pickle and soda.
My delivery man didn’t know how to make change and i swear he smelt like marijuana.

took over an hour to deliver when ordered at 8pm. No apology or any reason given when called. Sandwich was not cold when finally delivered. obviously it was made when ordered and sat around for an hour before they finally delivered after I called an hour and 10 minutes after ordered. they do not care about customer service.

The food as good, as any JJ.
However, this is the slowest location I’ve ever ordered from. It can take up to 1hr to get your sandwich delivered, which is not what JJ is known for or I have experienced at any other location in the US.

Great food– but the delivery is awful. I’ve paid 3 times for drinks to be delivered with our food but they never make it– and the drivers tell you you’re out of luck. They could at least pretend that they are sorry for screwing up the order.

I had just about 15 minutes to eat. Ordered as soon as I was free, food arrived perfectly (Double Provolone Slim) and was done in 15 minutes. Ordered online — super friendly delivery professional!

Got 3 #9 subs and the back-​side of the bread was hard as a rock. Been there many times and this was a surprise. Did not feel like driving back there but would not recommend — NO CONSISTENCY in quality.

Food quality is always superb but «freaky fast» does not exist at this location. We ordered once before for 1 sandwich, and it took over an hour for delivery. I live exactly a mile away. The manager didn’t even call to tell us a big order had come in before mine, I only found out when I called after 30 minutes.
Today was a lazy Saturday. Ordered at 2:15, it’s been almost 30 minutes, and still no sandwich.
I’m shocked because work delivery Was always quick from this location, but apparently not home delivery.
The only reason I give 2 stars is bc the food is good, once it finally arrives.

This particular Jimmy John’s should change it’s slogan to «Subs so slow you will freak out from hanger»
The sandwiches are the same quality as any other Jimmy John’s which is great if you think waiting 45 min for a sandwich is worth it.
