Just received the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Tonny is amazing ! It was in a crunch looking for a particular Silver dollar coin for my brother Marine graduation on MONDAY!!! I came in on a Saturday at 4:00pm and he quickly was able to find the EXACT coin I needed in a flash! I’m so pleased and excited to be able to deliver this coin to my brother on his special day! Thank you Tonny I will be sending everyone I know your way! He saved my life in this tough situation ! I will be returning !!

AVOID! I’ve been to about 10 jewelry and diamond stores this week as I am looking for a particular sort of ring for my fiancé. I found what APPEARED to be it, but was given a price about twice as much as what it should be. He told me it was a grade E, when it was obviously a J at best. For those unaware, an E would be a nearly colorless diamond, far more expensive than a J. Both nice, but very different in value. Anyhow, he got very defensive and skeptical as to how I even knew about the grades of diamonds. I politely told him I liked the ring but would like him to grade the diamond (as is customary and any diamond dealer will gladly do) so we could both see it. He got irate, told me to take my F’ing business somewhere else, and he didn’t have time for this. I was shocked because I hadn’t been at all confrontational and his anger totally caught me off guard. As I left, he yelled «Go start your own diamond business» and some profanities. Very classy guys and business to say the least.

Came here to custom design a ring for my fiancé 2 years ago and now always stop in to visit and see what other great deals on jewelry they have. Walk in to a smiling friendly staff offering me a complimentary beverage everything!

Overall one of the best retail purchasing experiences I have ever gone through! I met with Tony the owner and the staff two times. The first time we went over the mounting options for my fiancées ring and we decided to go with rose gold as it was the most unique. They had a custom designer who helped draw out what it would like and that really helped me conceptualize the finish product. I was worried It would be to small but after seeing the center stones on a models hands at the shop it made it super easy. The second visit I finalized payment and picked up the ring… Till today we constantly get a compliment on her ring almost weekly! Awesome service and super professional. It’s nice to deal with a true mom and pop type of store after being pushed around at mall stores. If you decide to get a custom ring from them ask for the the views on the computer so it makes it easy to put an idea on paper and actually make ideas come to reality. Thanks again !

I found Tonny through a jewelry group on Facebook. I went to the store to see about earrings and got a gorgeous pair for a very fair price. We also came out with a gorgeous amethyst ring set in rose gold. They sized it right there while we waited. Excellent service and great prices. Definitely check these guys out!

Bina and Tonny are awesome. If you need to sell something they’ll give you a fair price. If you need to buy something they are amazing. They can always find exactly what I’m looking for. I’ve also had them fix an heirloom watch. Highly recommend for any jewelry or watch needs!

These guys are great. They repaired a watch for me that another jeweler wanted $ 1200 to repair. These guys repaired it and serviced it for about $ 680. Overall very happy with the service. The only reason I am not giving them the full 5 stars is because it was supposed to be ready in two weeks but they were delayed by a day. Something to do with Memorial Day coming up and their jeweler was very busy trying to get everything finished up.
They did offer to clean my wife’s wedding ring and they even Rhodium plated it for free because their were off by a day on my watch.
I will try to visit them later and compare their service to this experience. Looks like to me they are on a roll.
