Not a large number of beers on tap, but they are only a year old, and what they have is good. The staff are nice and easy to talk to. They can be a little understaffed when they get hit with a large crowd, so have a little patience with them and they’ll take good care of you. It is definitely worth taking the tour and getting the story of the brewery. Massive, massive points not only for having a Foosball table, but also for it being a Tornado. They also have boards set up to play bags. Then there’s that ring-on-a-string thing… meh.

This beer was amazing. A good variety for everybody. Hissy fit was my favorite and the staff is very knowledgable and awesome. This brewery is a must for a lazy afternoon or a fun get together. A must try or you’re missing out!

Another win for Addison! The craft beer, especialy the Triple Belgian is phenominal! Tje«Matts» and the rest of the staff are«rockstar». The ambience is top-flight and Bitter Sisters is a must do in Addison!

They have 4 different beers on tap, plus a seasonal tripel. My favourite was their hissy fit. The place is most definitely a family run business. I’m not aware if they bottle/can their products, but if they sold it at my local store, hissy fit would be in my fridge right now.

Thanks for hosting the Kaboomtown watching party! It was nice to have somewhere to park without worrying. We arrive about 4:30, which was definitely too early — we had to go nap in the car to make it to fireworks :/a few too many kids for my taste — this should be more of an adult event in future IMO. The tasting room was also really noisy because it’s so echoy I guess, so I couldn’t stay inside, but it was way hot outside, hence getting really sleepy. but the beers are rockin!

The staff is great, so nice and accomodating! The beers are really good. We came for the 4th of July fireworks show and there were some obstacles, water tower, trees, but all in all very impressed!

Friendly staff and funny name!(The brother of 3 sisters.) I attended a private event but will definitely come back for a beer. It’s on the small side but would be a great place to meet for a drink for something different.

I haven’t been to the brewery, but I’ve tried one of their beers. Big fan of their Cat Fight IPA(or, maybe, American IPA). It’s very good. I’ve filled two growlers with it at Lakewood Growler. It’s definitely hoppy, but not stupid-hoppy. Check it out.

Addison has always been known for its overwhelming number of bar choices, but to have an actual brewery open in North Dallas/Addison is very cool indeed!!! Let the Dallas craft beer trend continue to expenad and grow! Bitter Sisters is conveniently located just a few blocks off of Beltline in a semi-commercial area. Private parking lot, unassuming exterior, and then into a pretty large sleek tasting area complete with bar seating, a few tables, and a comfy sofa section(they will need to add more seating as the brewery becomes more popular, but no worries as there is plenty of space to do so). The actual brewery and the vessels are located directly behind the tasting counter. Tours are available or you can simply look at the equipment and view processes through the glass windows. If that’s not enough entertainment for you, there is also an extra large«family [chalkboard] wall» in the back corner to draw on and the fun string & hook game. If you’ve never played before, you will quickly realize just how addicting and fun it is! Now onto the really important part: the beers! Bitter Sisters currently has 4 year round beers a available(which is pretty a a average for small craft breweries). They will be adding some additional seasonal beers in the future. You can order a flight in the tasting room or beer by the glass of course. Unfortunately, they currently only distribute to local restaurants and bars;however, they are hoping to get into Whole Foods soon so you may buy growlers to go. *Busy Body blonde lager(nice clean finish) *Cat Fight IPA(über hoppy; a-ok) *Hissy Fit Marzen lager ***Knock Out Irish red(tasted almost like a Belgium style brew and at 8+%ABV, so of course it was my favorite!) Overall: Great service, fun space, good beers… I will return. Until then, cheers for beers!

3.5** Founded and operated by a family, Bitter Sisters Brewery is a new addition to the Dallas beer scene. Moderately sized taproom with no outdoor seating. Compared to other taprooms, there aren’t too many seats available, which might pose a problem when Bitter Sisters becomes popular. Because Bitter Sisters is relatively new, there are only 4 beers available, and one of them wasn’t ready when we were there. We got the flight, which is 4(2 oz) samples for $ 6 and tried the: –Cat Fight Ipa — 3.5÷5 –Busy Body Blonde — 3.5÷5 –Knock Out Irish Red — 4⁄5(my fave of the three)

Went on opening day and had a great time. They have a taproom right when you enter… and a big warehouse where they brew. And u ou can hang out So bring your chairs It is a pretty big space. way bigger then you think from the outside. There is parking on the back of the building. Beer was pretty good. I will be back.
