Although they finally showed up to an appointment to look at my water leak problem, I could not get an appointment for them to do the work. After 4 months, I suddenly got an apologetic phone call from the guy, telling me he was going to do the work for free, then he disappeared again and doesn’t respond to phone calls at all. Call this company only if you have all the time in the world to wait for them, and your problem is not acute. I have no faith that they’d do the actual work in a competent manner, but I will never find out.

Basement Waterproofing Solution is unreliable. They have cancelled/​delayed 4 appointments to date. Twice they postponed estimate appointments the morning of the scheduled appointment. On the scheduled day of service, they cancelled the appointment the same morning. On a follow-​up service appointment, they never showed up, no communication. We tried calling throughout the day and could not reach anyone. Do not trust this company to keep their scheduled appointments. There are plenty of other waterproofing businesses in Chicago that are worth avoiding the headache of several rescheduled appointments.
