My favorite place to train when I’m in town! The people work are awesome… it’s like a big family. They make you feel very welcome & offer creative ideas if you’re interested. Many of Their machines are custom made so they’re extra smooth & designed with a bodybuilder in mind. It’s small, but what they have is exactly what you need to get it done!

The best iron gym in Georgia, hands down. Everyone in here treats one another with respect and kindness. The walls are lined with trophies just brought in by the owner himself. They have a special wall to show off their dedicated clients that have either done physique or powerlifting competitions. Get this, they have a supplement room as well as selling gear, shirts, hoodies, and shakers. It’s literally a ONE STOP SHOP. Say you forgot you pre workout, protein, aminos, or BCAA’s, NO WORRIES! They have a sample rack priced at .50−1.00 to get what you need! They let their customers borrow belts, wrist wraps, funnels, and lockers. Seriously such a generous gym and amazing customer service.
The membership rates are amazing and super flexible. There are NO contracts, NO enrollment fees, and NO automatic withdrawal. Every gym goers dream. They have a flat rate and it’s pay as you go, so if you can’t renew one month you can the next! They have packages too they help with larger families and couples for a better price.
Bottom line, if you aren’t challenging yourself you aren’t changing yourself. learn how to really lift and become the best you by joining this gym. I promise you won’t regret it.
