Guy taking the order at the drive thru kept saying our order back to us incorrectly but insisted he had it in correctly and only said the wrong thing. Drive thru was extremely slow, even for the line we were in. Took a very long time. When I ordered my burger, I forgot to specify whether I wanted mayo, ketchup, or mustard but they didn’t bother to ask either and just made it with mayo anyway. Tots seemed a lot greasier than normal. My wife HATED her Chicago dog. I typically like Sonic a lot but this was a sub par visit.

I went to the drive thru and they have a walk out instead of a window. The slushies was made to perfections. They were not packed and easy off the highway. Great customer service!

I am a drive thru customer and I feel as though if you are not listening to the customer then you have no idea what the order is. I ordered a footlong coney and before I could tell her what I wanted on the coney her response was«anything else» That gets under my skin really bad because more than likely my food will be wrong. I get my food and no chili or cheese, just onion mustard & ketchup. I was irritated because I repeated my order to ensure it was heard & it wasn’t. Please listen to the customers full order, allow a few seconds before saying anything to ensure they are heard.

Came today to get a slushy. There was no one in line and one person waiting. It took over 15 minutes, I will never come back to the sonic
