My wedding ring was stolen from these idiots, and nothing was done about it. The packing job was awful, with many of our items being damaged. They sent different clowns out everyday, and none of them seemed to know what was going on. Moving day was an absolute joke! The girl who works the phones had to call her husband in(who didn’t work there) to help load the truck. He was the friendliest guy there. The whole thing was an AWFUL experience!!!

Moving? Move on and find another company. Wow — this company needs to better understand both customer service and communication. Here’s the scoop. Upon a positive former customer referral I called to ask the company for a quote. They asked me when I planned to move, and said«Sure, we’ll send a guy by your place to get you a good estimate». The day before I got a call from the main office confirming my appointment for noontime the next day. Noontime came and went, so I called the office to check on the guy that was supposed to come and give me the estimate. «I’m sorry — we’re all booked for the day you were planning on moving». What?! Didn’t you call to confirm the appointment the day before? Shouldn’t you have called to let your prospect know that a) your agent was not going to be coming and b) that you are so very sorry that you are booked that day, could we possibly move it? Apparently you only feel that telling your customer no is the way to go. Looking at other reviews perhaps it is the exorbitant prices that allows the company to stay in business. Good luck John Palmer — you’ll never have my business or that of any of my family/friends. This will be the first story I tell them of who NOT to go with.
