I want to thank Dave at Go Wireless in Acton on Main St. He was so professional, courteous and extremely helpful when I purchased my new Samsung galaxy 6 phone. He was more than willing to help me choose the right phone and accessories and he went above and beyond in transferring all my contacts and especially my photos. Other Verizon Wireless dealers had told me they were no longer able to do this for me-basically-because they were lazy. Dave could not have been more informative, helpful and truly accomodating and I would highly highly recommend him and this store to anyone needing a new phone. Carol C.

Follow up review: I was contacted by a «service representative» from this store, through Unilocal email, asking me for my phone number so we could discuss the matter further. I did not provide. I asked the name of the owner and/or manager of the store. They did not respond. Sounds rather fraudulent to me.

I have been in this location several times and everytime I go there I get great service from the team there! I went in about a week ago on a busy saturday to upgrade my phone and left with a tablet too at a killer price! I highly recommend going here! Quick and thorough service.

I previously had a great experience at this location. I went in, upgraded my phone, no problems. I was informed my wife’s phone was also available for upgrade. Now one month later I go in to upgrade my wife’s phone. I’m greeted by an employee who can’t seem to put his own phone down, tells me there is nothing he can do for me, and proceeds to tell me it’s my fault I’m having phone issues. The customer service was terrible and honestly I wanted to smack the punk behind the counter. I left pissed off and headed up to wireless zone in Littleton where they were more than helpful and had me in a new phone in less than 20 minutes. It’s your job to provide good customer services. Very helpful and informative. I came in to get an upgrade for my phone, and the associates were very honest about all the phones, not trying to sell me one that was more expensive than the other. I happily upgraded to the Galaxy Note 4. Then, they told me about the free tablet deal– I got a Verizon Tablet AND accessories for my phone for free due to the promo, plus they gave me as many discounts as possible for my phone.

Terrible Experience Went to get the new iphone, I was told it was $ 199 and to come on in. When I get there they tell me they cant sell the iphone unless I also buy a $ 200 amount of accessories in addition to the $ 199 for the phone. We were with Verizon years so I never even heard of this. They made us buy a bunch of accessories that we didnt even pick. After calling Verizon I find out that you dont have to purchase $ 200 of accessories in order to get the phone. Went back with the stuff and went somewhere else. The manager said«im just doing what they told me to do». There is some ambiguity as to whether it is or is not a verizon store, and from what I found out its actually NOT a proper Verizon store. Best advice… go elsewhere!

Too bad zero stars isn’t an option. Terrible sales experience from the start and only got worse. Conflicting info from the manager and other sales staff, each pitching«the phone they use». Was told could buy and return in 14 days in NY. OK, willing to give the new LG phone Galaxy competitor a try. Mid sale, decided to ask WHERE it could be returned, no GoMobl in NYC, deal off. Will buy in NYC to be able to return if necessary. Fine, until my daughter found out late night in NH when she was lost and needed her GPS that her phone had been shut off. MANY phone calls from a land line and long wait later, finally got through to Verizon and was told, yes, store had indeed turned her iPhone off but no record of transferring service to a new phone. REALLY!!! Completely unacceptable that neither of the employees understood that they had turned a phone off without activating another.

I found both ladies very helpful. I had a number of questions regarding the functionality of my new Samsung Galaxy. They were able to answer all of my questions and I had quite a long list for them.

If you look closely at the first picture the name of the store is actually«GoMOBL» not«GoWireless» & the Verizon Wireless website lists a different phone # for this store than the # listed here on Unilocal. Verizon wireless website:(877) 867‑1242 DONOTEVERGOTOTHISSTOREFORANYTHING!!! THEYDONOTDESERVETOHAVETHEVERIZONWIRELESSLOGO. THEYSHOULDBESHUTDOWN!!! I went to this store and ordered the newest iPhone(5s) through them on Oct. 1st…& paid then and there. I was told it would be close to the end of October(the latest) when I would receive the phone…(I expected this and knew that the iPhone is typically back ordered for weeks whenever a new one is released)…& I would receive a call once the shipment containing my phone came in. However, Halloween comes around & I haven’t heard anything from this store. So on Nov. 1st I call them & ask what the deal is? why hasn’t my phone been delivered… why haven’t I heard from them… and why multiple friends who ordered their phones AFTER me had already received theirs?! At this point(I’m speaking to the«manager») he agrees this is crazy & he tells me that the status of my order is marked as «pending» in their system. He tells me I’ll need to come in to the store to give my permission for the phone to be released from the«pending» hold.(the whole time I’m thinking to myself WHYWASN’T THISNOTICEDWEEKSAGO… WHYWASN’T I CONTACTED…&WOULD I HAVEEVEREVENGOTTEN A CALLABOUTTHISIF I HADN’T CALLEDFIRST??!) He tells me to come in after 2pm the next day, that he would be there to take care of the matter. The next day after 2pm I go to the store and surprise, surprise HEISN’T THERE! AFTERBEINGASKEDMULTIPLEQUESTIONSBYTHECLUELESSGIRLATTHECOUNTER, I’M TOLDTHEORDERWAS«SOMEHOW» CANCELLED(on Oct. 3rd)(2DAYSAFTER I HADBEENTHEREORDERINGTHEPHONE!) so WHYNOW, A MONTHLATER,(AFTER I CALL) AM I JUSTHEARINGOFTHIS??? I stated that I would be ordering the phone through Verizon directly and I was told the amount I had paid them for the phone would be refunded to my card. 2 days later, I check my account and STILLNOREFUND!!! If not for there being an actual store I would swear this place is a scam. THEWHOLEPROCESSDEALINGWITHTHEMWASINFURIATING.
