Grace is the new owner and she did a super job replacing my jacket zipper, like new. She is very eager to help. Definitely coming back.

DONOTBRINGYOURCLOTHESTOTHISBUSINESS. We are somewhat new to the area and wanted to have all of our Fall and Winter coats cleaned for storage before the Summer. Just because this cleaners may be convenient in location doesn’t mean they are convenient in life. 8 of the 9 coats that we received back were nice but the coat they«claimed» to never receive BUT charged us to clean will never be seen again. They lost a brand new coat, worn three times this Winter. I called them and visited but they claim my husband picked up everything and that he was the one who lost it. Seriously? When I asked for a refund on the cleaning amount(over $ 100), the owner literally said«No Way». I have no recourse on getting recouped for a $ 200 pea coat and where ever it is right now, it looks great. I know this because I paid to have it cleaned.

Don’t even bother. I took 2 winter coats to be dry cleaned in hopes of finding a nice, local biz to use. The owner(?) had me come back since items were not done o the date as promised… when I returned the next day, they STILL were not done and I refused to come back. She basically gave me back unclean coats. I will never go back

Take your business elsewhere. I came here once a year ago to have something tailored, and it was fine, so I figured I’d give them another whirl. I dropped off a skirt and a pair of pants on April 27, and they were promised back to me on May 4 at 5pm. I didn’t get there until the afternoon May 9. The woman claimed it wasn’t ready and said«5 o’clock?» I wasn’t interested in returning 2 hours later to pick up garments that should have been ready five days ago. After going back and forth for a while, she didn’t seem to understand that I wanted a discount on the services rendered, so we somehow decided that she would go find the skirt, which had been tailored. Then she fished out the pants from a pile of other suspicious-looking clothes waiting to be tailored. Great, so now I have to get those dry cleaned AND tailored elsewhere. I was too tired to continue negotiating with her, so I paid the full price($ 16…seems kind of steep to me) for the tailoring of the skirt. The whole time, she kept claiming she was«too busy» to have completed the pants on time. Um, isn’t that your whole business? So you’re too busy to do your job?
