Bought the Norwalk Horizon sleeper sofa and chaise lounge with upgraded«spring down» cushions. We were really dissatisfied with the cushions as the quills never stop poking through(actually, the cushions are largely feather with only a little down). Also, the cover fabric shifted a lot so they always looked messy. We called Circle Furniture Customer Service to discuss, and they were fantastic. First they said Norwalk reported they had used a bad batch of covering fabric on the cushions which wasn’t tight enough to prevent the quills from coming through, and they sent us a whole new set. When, a month later, we were still being endlessly pricked by feathers, they sent us a set of standard cushions, which we love. Both Norwalk Furniture and Circle Furniture really worked hard to make us happy with the sofas we bought and I want to compliment them publicly and heartily on their excellent customer service.

I have numerous problems with furniture stores over the years. I went to Circle Furniture to buy a sofa for our house that we purchased a few years ago. This is the house we are going to be in for the next 20+ years. So getting a quality sofa is really important to us. We were impressed by Donna the sales person in their Acton store. She really made the sale happen. Her comments on commitment to quality were what sold us. Of course this was a purchase in November and we really wanted the sofa before Christmas because we had relatives coming. It would have also made our holiday. We were within their standard delivery times, but being the holidays they rushed the order. Mental note, never have a furniture company rush your order. They need to take the time to get the order right. Of course with the rush we had some issues with the order. The cushions were the wrong cushion types. We got the ones with the lifetime warranty. They sent us the down cushions. On top of that one of the cushions was not stitched properly along the zipper and the fabric was fraying. Of course we complained. For the amount of money we were paying, we expected to not have these mistakes. After some back and forth discussions Circle Furniture agreed to completely replace the sofa. Their condition was that they wanted the time to ensure that the order was correct. After 6 additional weeks+ we have our new sofa. Wow! Do we love it. It is our new favorite piece of furniture. Thank you Circle Furniture! The standing by your customer service is exactly what makes you our favorite. We will be back and buy more furniture from you.

I’ve been here several times, just to browse(I have never bought anything), but I was intrigued by a postcard that said, «We’re moving a few doors down to a large, recently renovated space. Most everything in the store is up to 50% off.» Circle Furniture is not inexpensive by any means, but I figured what the heck. Maybe I can find something worthwhile to purchase. There weren’t so many people in the store, but most, like me, were just in browsing mode. I checked out the prices of a few accent tables, and my math skills came into play: The big sale prices I saw were about 5% off the original price, which didn’t even come close to what I would have wanted to pay. That’s no sale unless the price was originally a million dollars. I asked a salesperson about a desk that had no price tag. She said the desk was really inexpensive, and after she told me the price, I walked out. Don’t know about you guys, but to me, $ 1,000 for a simple desk is not inexpensive. The inventory is a little more contemporary than I like and the salespeople, a little snooty, IMO, so I will not return unless the store’s next sale is truly a sale. Two stars for having decent stuff… just not my taste or in my price range.
