Visited J Nail a few times, great pedicures. The hot stone massage is the best & the salon is very clean salon, as well.

If I could rate with a negative number, I would! Horrible experience on March 11, 2015. Directed to a chair without picking a color. The staff member was furious when she found out I did not have a color and the appt went downhill from there. I was not offered a magazine, my handbag was out of reach, there was no TV. I said a couple of pleasantries to her with no response. She was very rough slamming my feet in and out of the tub. Then the pedicurist YELLED at me to «sit back and relax, you are making me tense!» YELLED at me. I yelled right back. No supervisor came over to intervene. She was allowed to be a miserable human being. My mistake was not walking out right then. When I paid, I know I should not have, I asked to speak to a supervisor but there was no one there, allegedly. I did not get the manicure that I planned and went directly to the Nail Spa in South Weymouth which was a lovely experience. I have tried to call to reach a manager or owner but they are not available. NEVER AGAIN. That staff member should have been reprimanded at the very least. It was a terrible, upsetting experince. Stay away!!! So many great places available and J Nail and Spa is horrible!!!

I was looking for a nail salon that did the acrylic nails & did them well. My girlfriend recommended J nails. David did an excellent job! It was a great experience! I called ahead to make sure they could squeeze me in considering it was the Tuesday before thanksgiving & almost 6pm when I could get a babysitter. I figured it would be hard to get in. They took care of me right away & it was busy as well! They greeted me right away when I arrived & offered me water or soda. They called me by my name & were very personable. They made sure I was happy with the service. I highly recommend this salon it was very clean & great atmosphere. All the techs focused on their clients. In other places the techs seem to be more interested in talking to each other rather than the customer in front of them. I will definitely be back!

I have been going here for years and I am very happy with the services. Crystal and David are owners and provide very quality work. It is clean and products are up to date. They always greet you by your name and accommodate appointments and walk ins with courtesy.

Went there to get my eye brows and lip waxed. Wax was way too hot and now I have a burnt upper lip. Currently have a scab on it and everytime I open my mouth to eat it breaks the scab open. If you go there make sure they cool the wax before it touches your skin.

$ 60 for a gel manicure and a regular pedicure… That’s way too high. It looked nice but so do other places for much less. Sorry, probably won’t go back.

I went there last week and got the worst gel manicure and pedicure I have ever gotten. It was my first and last time going there, not only are they over priced but the service was terrible. The woman filed my nails so short they hurt and the gel was rippled and lumpy. Also she butchered my cuticles by cutting some fingers and not clipping the cuticles on other fingers. The pedicure was okay but I’m also 8 months pregnant so anything involving my feet feels good. When I took a good look though she didn’t paint the entire nail along the cuticle and sides. The tech was wearing a dress and when she was doing my pedicure I could see everything… and I mean everything. She was dressed very unprofessional and I was very uncomfortable throughout my pedicure. $ 60 for a gel manicure and a pedicure that looked like garbage with a terrible experience. Do not waste your time or money!

Always greeted promptly. Plenty of parking. Walk-​ins welcome. Always offered a beverage with service. Inexpensive and clean.

Have gone twice. Love getting the pedicure. They massage with hot stone too! Nice clean place

I’ve gone here twice and both times I’ve left extremely happy. Crystal did my acrylics and did an amazing job. Crystal and her husband David are very accommodating and get to know their clients. They truely do remember you after the first time. Yes they are a little pricey but well worth it. I’d recommend j nails to anyone and everyone!

went this morning and had an AMAZING pedicure by Crystal!!!
I moved a couple months ago to bridgewater and tried a local place recommended for a pedicure and it doesn’t even compare! I will drive to Abington anytime for a pedicure before going anywhere else!!!

I have been searching for a nail place that is clean, friendly, professional, and pay attention to detail. I was turned on to J Nails & Spa by my neighbor, who has beautifully manicured nails. I went this afternoon and was immediately impressed by the class décor and friendly employees. They had an organized system and wait time was minimal. I had a mani/​pedi, and David was really great and made sure that my nails were PERFECT. Great experience. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because they don’t give a mini hand massage before polishing. but my nails look fabulous so I’ll let it go. Prices are reasonable and you can walk in and they will always take you in a timely fashion. Pleased.

I think I had my nails done by almost every nail tech here. David and Crystal are the owners and take the time to learn the names of every client after a visit or 2. The salon is immaculate, they offer water or soda and there isn’t a TV blaring in the background. If you make an appointment they will take you on time and walkins are more than welcome.

I love J Nail & Spa! I usually go to Crystal for a pedicure, she does an awesome job. Its so nice and clean in the salon. For pedicures you have your little own room thing, so you don’t have to stare at the woman’s ingrown toenails next to you. I’ve never seen them on their phone and have only heard them speak english. It is a little pricey but so worth it.
