I am very pleased with the K mart in Abingdon, va. I can find more things there then
I can inmost places. I love their women’s clothes. I have taken several things back and got my full refund.

I honestly can’t believe this store can stay in business. Nothing in this store is appealing, from the outdated appearance down to the Crappy (and I do mean crappy) customer service. Make a long story short. Purchased items in Johnson City Tn. not satisfied with products, took items back for refund with receipt 4 days later to this location and was told they could not refund the difference in tax 9.5%
the 5%va. It wasn’t alot of money maybe $ 3.50. I was furious at the fact these lazy, uninformed, chics thought I would believe
I call the store mgr, get this,“Well we can call the Bristol store and find out how to do it”. Unbelievable, right? No wonder Kmart is going bankrupt.
