This Starbucks has to be the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. The service is extremely slow and they seem to never get my drink right plus the parking lot has the worst pot holes. Abilene needs to open another Starbucks on this side of town.

First off I just want to say WOW!!! I travel all over the state and do business with multiple Starbucks locations as I travel. This is by far my favorite location. The reason for that is the service. I have never had to wait in line at this Starbucks. Even during the morning rush you can pull up and order at the drive thru and pull up almost immediately to the window and get your order. I have never seen a location have there process down to that level and for that reason along with stellar customer service this is my favorite location. GREATJOB!!!

People always complain about lines, parking, and the wait. One, the lines are customers faults not theirs. Two, parking can’t be controlled so get over it, and three, the wait is usually so long because they’re either undermanned or hey guess what, a lot of customers. Drinks are always made right, never had an issue here.

Very disappointed in the wait time today. They were busy but 30 minutes in the drive thru, got the order wrong so had to go in and wait on line(again) to get it corrected. Unacceptable! The girl behind the counter needed a little more training in customer service. I will have to go somewhere else for my coffee! It is a shame because I like their coffee.

If only I can give a half star!!! Wow! This Starbucks really needs to focus on getting their customers in-out at a decent time…15 to 20 minutes or more is really ridiculous time to wait for a cup of coffee. I understand that they have a drive-thur, but something has to change! I have been here on couple of occasions, because of their outdoor seating, but one I will not forget; I waited 45 minutes, because one of the barista gave my coffee to one of the customer at the drive-thru. But the funny things is she the same barista that ask me or she’d confirmed if my coffee was non-fat milk.(Caramell Macchiato non-fat milk) so I’m really don’t know what happened between time she ask me!!! I am REALLY disappointed on how they handled things, they or SHE didn’t even apologize, she just gave me a look of death; like it was my fault…

This Starbucks has to be the slowest on earth, unless you are friends with the barista which moves you to the front of the line. After waiting 25 minutes for a latte I made a comment about the service which caused Miss K… to roll her eyes at me and walk off. Don’t waste your time at this location.

This is my usual coffee joint but very disappointed with today’s service. My friends order was given to someone at the drive thru so we waited over 20 minutes for coffee it was good but served with cold scones and Danishes because of the wait. Slow service is the theme at this location.

Suck Farbucks. Just swapped engines in my motorcycle. Loaded down saddlebags. Rode in for holidays. Brought homework and tablet with me. 2 wheels education: bicycles and motorcycles DONOT have a trunk and MUST have visible parking. I parked clear of the handicap ramp. 8in from motorized drive-thru parking. No visible parking i was asked to(leave) move. Plenty of parking at Big Country. So i moved my bike and the vibe is a lot less doushie.

I just moved to Abilene at the end of August and coming from California this place seemed incredibly slow. I have been coming to this Starbucks on and off since then, at least twice a week and I must say over the last few weeks, I feel they have stepped it up. Not only are they getting faster, but whoever has been working lately have all been super peppy and really nice and it’s hard to be mad or frustrated when you encounter people with good attitudes. Also, huge shout out to the Starbucks man today who helped me out when I realized I did not have enough money for two drinks. Keep it up, Buffalo Gap!

I agree, the parking lot is a disaster, but their isn’t much you can do about it. My problem is with the quality of the drinks and the poor attitude exhibited by the staff. I do appreciate when they ask if I want my bakery treat to be heated up. Only plus, but drinks often come out very wrong.

Sigh… I love my coffee… and as much as I hate to, I have to give this Starbucks only 2 stars. The parking lot is a disaster waiting to happen. VERY cramped parking and not enough parking. They are slow, both inside and out in the drive thru. They do not have the items that they advertize in their menu either! They have a salted caramel mocha that they have in the winter months(not sure why this is a seasonal drink), but then they NEVER have the salt for the salted caramel! Then they recently advertized a drink flavor called Caramel Ribbon Crunch and when I ordered it, they didn’t have the«crunch» sprinkles for it. So I said, basically it’s just a regular caramel frappé then. She was like… yeah. Not very impressed with this location.

This is not fast food. Don’t be in a hurry. Go relax and enjoy your drink. Or be glad you don’t have to get out of your car. New customers are learning what to get. Be calm. Drink coffee.

Unless you plan on waiting 20 – 30 minutes in line don’t come here. Very very slow. The product is usually good, but handed to you by someone with a horrible attitude.

This is a really slow Starbucks. The drive though is okay, but the store is so slow when you go inside. The service is mediocre, although most seem to hate their job. With that being said, there are a couple employees that have great service and I really like. I’ve worked at Starbucks in the past, it was a great job with many perks, so cheer up buttercups!

When driving back from way it in West Texas from a wedding we were in DIRE need for caffeine after the 4 straight hours of dancing at the reception. I’m pretty sure this is the only Starbucks in Abilene. There were a good 8 or so cars in front of us at the drive-through. My soar dancing feet was my excuse for thinking I’d wait in the drive-through an extra(what I thought would be) 5 minutes. In the 28 minutes we waited to order/get our coffee I couldn’t help but notice all of the bird poop — everywhere. Sure, I know it’s January and birds are migrating south but it wasn’t just the huge trees which branches that turned white with poop, but also the Starbucks signage. Gulp. This didn’t make me very excited to consume my coffee from this place. What’s worse than a 28 minute wait, mass amounts of bird poop everywhere and the barista telling you they accidentally put a little whip cream on your skinny latte but it should still be OK? Pulling out of the window where there was a sewage leak and getting all kinds of poop over your car and having to wait another 10 minutes in a car wash line.
