Pats Select Pizza|Grill

Just arrived after long flight from South Korea and desperate for a delivered meal — our hotel had a flier for Pat’s and BINGO! We ordered baked ziti, creamy seafood spaghetti and boneless chicken wings. Delivery spot on time 30 minutes on Aberdeen Proving Ground, and everything came piping hot. Included salads and garlic breadsticks, and wow! Huge servings — honestly the ziti or spaghetti alone would feed two. Sauces delectable, pasta just the right consistency. We thought a little pricey BUT not — the portion size means we get two full meals so it came to just at $ 20 per. Even very pleasant delivery guy! Now we can’t wait to try the restaurant! Sorry just thought to drop the review we didn’t take any pics but will when we dine in (or order again).

Good variety of food. Everything I’ve had there is delicious. The food is slightly pricey only because they give you more than what you can eat for one meal. Always have leftovers which I love!

Food here is mediocre at best to me but the beau loves this place. Normally we get delivery and it takes about 40 – 45 to be delivered, obviously it’s lukewarm at that point. This time we decided to go in on Black Friday. It was empty other than 4 ppl already seated and eating so we were able to have our order taken right away. Originally I requested all flat traditional buffalo wings and was told they wouldn’t accommodate that, not even for extra $. Whatever, just give me the boneless buffalo wings with a side of ranch dressing. The beau ordered potato skins and chicken flatbread. Unfortunately when we got home we believe they mixed up the order and gave him a chicken pizza.
Again it was lukewarm and mediocre. And now I’m not really sure what to make of this place because later that evening the food was regurgitated out of both ends and that was the only thing I ate that day so that’s the only thing I can contribute it to. Needless to say, I won’t be eating from here again.
1 star for convenience and
1 star for the beau, he’ll be back and
1 star for the restroom being clean and smells like cinnamon

There aren’t many places that I write reviews for because honestly I am not very picky. I placed a delivery order from here which consisted of a chicken finger meal for my daughter and a Tuscan veggie sub. First of all the delivery took forever which was fine I understand that people get busy. But when I get my order they forgot my french fries everything was ice cold my daughters chicken fingers were hard and fries were undercooked. When I called back to speak with a manager about the food he brushed it off and said there wasn’t anything to do about it. Horrible food and even more horrible customer service!

Fastest delivery I have ever experienced! Pizza was piping hot, and delicious! We have found our new «go to» for sure!

Ordered a large chef salad via delivery. The delivery was fairly quick and the fee was only $ 2. The salad was bad. A few strands of shredded cheese, practically non-​existent tomatoes, hard lettuce and sliced lunch meat. Not pleased with food, at all.

The rodeo burger is so delicious! I’ve had the fries come to me undercooked twice, but when done right they’re great too. Cutomer service is always good. Overall I’ve had good experiences.

FANTASTIC PHILLY CHEESE STEAK!!! Definitely one of the best sandwiches I’ve had. I ordered it delivery. The delivery time was quick and the driver was very professional and nice. The portions are huge. I was able to eat on the sandwich for two nights in a row for dinner. Will order again if/​when I’m back in the area.

We went around 8 or 9 at night and it was dead but they were obviously super quick with our food. We ordered the supreme pizza and it was soooo good. They bring your food to the table. Interior/​exterior was new and clean. The dining area was very nicely decorated and nice big booths.

After ordering from them yesterday there customer service just terrible not funny I wanted a specialty pizza asked to take off olives but green peppers on Instead they charge you 3 $ each time take off topping to replace with another so after that hassle get pick up my order green pepper are not on my pizza

Wow second time my order is incorrect. Then the manager tell me I can’t order a calzone because I am not allowed to take off ricotta cheese. I have never had such horrible service and attitude from a manager or who ever the foreign guy was. So another 45 min wait on delivery

I found my self at a local car garage waiting for work to be done when hunger struck. Out of walking distance from anywhere the head mechanic handed me a menu to Pat’s.
I ordered a cheese pizza and a couple of drinks for delivery. The price was fair and even a tad cheaper then dominos or papa johns. Delivery didn’t take long at all and the delivery guy was very polite. The pizza was pretty darn good and I quickly ate it up.
What made me go out of the way to write a review was because of something I forgot. To ask for a plate and napkins, in fact I didn’t even think about it until the delivery guy walked in with 2 plates and napkins taped to the top of the box. It’s all about the little things.

Excellent beer, the bread knots they serve where others just serve bread come with sweet and spicy marinara; they’re baked with sesame and basil. Ordered the large calzone. The picture says it all.

This place has really stepped up their game. Its been a couple months since i ate here because it wasnt anything special, but its something special now. Very yummy

The other Pats on Havre DeGrace and in Edgewood are awesome! The one in Aberdeen… IS GROSS. The interior and exterior décor is lazy, old, dirty, poorly maintained. The staff must be blind because they totally ignored me standing in front of them when the place was empty… Empty is something this place always is…
They have crazy expensive prices for crazy horrible food. Take the 10 minutes to drive either direction to another Pats…

Good food, decent prices and usually prompt. Always friendly.

The restaurant was empty at 11:30 am and they didn’t get our order right, but the Chicken Caesar Salad was delicious and came out promptly. So all in all it met all of my lunch needs.

The first time I came in, two cashiers crowded around the one cashier that was taking my order because I’m enrolled in the Pat’s rewards program. After trying my phone # & email addresses twice and not finding me in the system, they told me that although Pat’s is a chain, the rewards programs are store-​specific. Bummer. It took longer to order a cheese pizza than it took to cook it. After it was ready, I found out that this location didn’t have red pepper flakes or Italian seasonings ready for customer use. (They couldn’t find Italian seasonings at all!)
The pizza came out quickly, but it was so greasy that the middle of the pizza was soggy. The grease leaked through the pizza and onto the trunk of my car. (I ordered it to go.) It was so bad that my dog wouldn’t eat it.
On a second visit, I ordered spaghetti and a salad. The portion was probably enough for three or four people, but it [again] wasn’t tasty. Plain old pasta sauce out of the jar tastes better than what they serve.
All of the other Pat’s that I’ve been to have been great, but I should’ve know to have expected less than excellent here, based solely on their McDonalds style set up.

The food is decent. I used to order it for delivery when I was too lazy too cook or go out, but the last time they forgot about my order and it came to cold and an hour late…
Just updated… the delivery service here. It didn’t want to go out so I ordered in and it takes an hour to get my food… I called them 20 minutes in since the Live status said that they didn’t start making it yet, but they said it was on the way… they are not very organized… and I’m surprised that they get any repeat business.

I am most definitely not a fan of Pats Pizza. The servings are generous, but the service is slow (when ordering cheese slices, even at lunch, this should be instantaneous, not take 10 minutes).
At the same time, this place is hopping at lunch time, so it could just be me. Might be worth checking out if you aren’t particularly picky about your pizza.
And it IS really cheap…
