La Masia

No soy de hacer reseñas negativas y de hecho estoy dudando si «darle un regular» pero es que el otro día comimos muy regular y es una pena ya que el espacio es precioso y el servicio es excelente (el meitre es super amable) pero no recordaba una calidad de este tipo.
El foie mi-​cuit estaba bueno, sí… pero las patatas enmascaradas recalentadas, ya se veía en cuanto trajeron el plato a la mesa. Una pena. De segundo pedimos un arroz con calamares y gambas y bueno, estaba dulce, tenía sabor pero un arroz de pescado que no sabe a pescado? El color también dice bastante…
Crítica constructiva ya que soy muy fan de la Masia y cuando voy a comerme el solomillo fileteado lo disfruto (y pago) como nadie!!! pero una lástima salirse de los típicos y llevarse una decepción. Espero que fuera un día excepcional…

Es un lugar perfecto para una comida de trabajo. Terraza cubierta muy tranquila y acogedora, con vistas.
El menú es muy correcto.

Esta muy bien, la verdad es que te hacen sentir como en casa, la carpa que tienen para bodas preciosa

One would not expect such a gem at the outskirts of an industrial site, even though the traditional masia building that houses it is quite beautiful and has a distinct air of richness and history. There are several rooms inside, but try to make a reservation for a place under the canopy: the view through the valley towards the wooded hills is unforgettable. This is Provence in Catalunya. We were eight, so we ordered various starters to share: pimientos de Padron, caracoles (not to be missed!), cured ham sandwiches, some sort of batatas bravas topped with aioli baked in the oven, grilled young asparagus. All perfectly done. Afterwards, I had a veal fricassee with wood mushrooms, and most other had filet pur or salmon lasagne. The filet pur was grilled and then simply sprinkled with high quality olive oil. The veal was extremely tender and the sauce delicate. I had a sort of fresh ricotta with local honey after. My neighbour had something that can best be described as a briefly grilled
Sabayon. Service was smooth and notwithstanding the large number of people efficient. Prices are not cheap, but the place is worth its value and still relatively cheap for visitors from the North.
