Sheraton

Well situated off the beaten path, this is a great little, intimate Sheraton an hour from Madrid. The staff was accommodating, the grounds are well laid out, it is next to a wonderful cultural site, and feels like it is isolated, but has just enough activity to not be isolating The building is ancient and the wood floors may creak, but it was still quiet enough to be a relaxing trip from the hectic life of the big city. The breakfast was well done and fresh. The bar service, while relaxed, was reasonably priced. I would compare it to The Equinox, a Luxury Collection property in Vermont, USA.
