La Casa Gallega

This was a really good place to go try seafood. The atmosphere is fun, they cut the Iberico ham right in front of you as well as have a live lobster tank. Their set menu is also a really good deal: you get 4 starters, 2 entrees, a dessert, bottle of water, and a bottle of wine for 26 EURO pp. I gave it 4 stars because the food was ok, a little greasy plus the steak my husband ordered was under cooked for how he asked. Also, the service was pretty cold and unfriendly but they were quick.

Food is very very good. Issue is there are not enough service since every waiter/​waitress is busy and rushing. The boss may need hire more staff and it ll be 5 star place to enjoy.

Amazing place to try good Spanish food! I spent many summers at Puerto Alcudia and I can tell you there is no better restaurant with tasty food and good price. At lunch time, you can always find a great menu option. During the afternoon, beer and tapas.
I recommend the goat cheese salad and pulpo a la gallega. Anyhow, the whole menu is great!

Wow! What a great place to enjoy Spanish cuisine. We got a fish plate with lobster, clam, mussel and much more. Everything was incredible delicious. No side dishes needed but even them were very good. In combination with a bottle of red wine the dinner was quite close to a perfect one.
The service was a little slow, which is totally ok in front of the amount of people been there at this evening. For us, it was time to enjoy the marvelous food and wine.

Situé dans le quartier Avenidas, c’était pourtant un resto à faire, mais nous avons été un peu déçus. Malgré les efforts du serveur et la forte fréquentation, le turbo et le merlu étaient sans surprise. La carte était très fournie, beaucoup d’informations à appréhender. Le décor n’était pas vraiment au goût du jour, ni confortable. Etant donné la réputation, nous nous attendions à mieux.

After a long day of touring the northwest part of the island the four of us were ravishing hungry. I stumbled upon this place by total accident and it happen to be the best meal we encountered of our two weeks vacation in London and Spain. This is one of three La Casa locations.
We didn’t have reservations and it was a Tuesday, the bar was packed with people but the dining area was
open due to it was earlier by Spanish standards. We were seated asap and brought yummy bread and olives. I noticed they offered a fixed menu which included wine, starters, choice of entrée and dessert. What I didn’t realize instead of the one choice of four starters each was it included all four and the wine was not just a glass but an entire bottle! The starters were all large in size and delicious. For my entrée, I went with the steak and it had sides of veggies and potatoes and the other was a half of fresh lobster and included a large claw which was grilled perfectly and sweet tasting. The dessert — cheesecake & ice cream which was each served to both of us. It was too much food, so I gave one to our friends which they shared.
Our waiter from Madrid was super friendly and spot on. By the time we finished our dinner which was after 10:00 pm the dining room was at capacity. I would highly recommend this establishment!

Wir haben dieses Restaurant durch den Lob von unserem Hotel Concierge aufgesucht. Leider hatten wir keine Reservierung gemacht, aber haben trotzdem draußen einen Tisch dür 2 ergattert. Als ich reinschaute und sah wie rappel-​voll es ist, wusste ich schon dass wir am richtigen Ort gelandet sind.
Die Bedienung ist leider etwas leicht überfordert im Rush Hour, nicht unbedingt sehr freundlich, aner recht flott.
Wir haben uns für das Menü entschieden und ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen da es für 2 personen wirklich Sinn macht. 1 Flasche Wein (rot oder weiss), 1 Flasche Wasser, 4 Vorspeisen, 1 Hauptgang nach Wahl und ein Dessert für 26 €. Wirklich super Preis!
Die Vorspeisen waren alle sehr lecker, der Hummer köstlich und die Nachspeise: Crème Brulée und Mango Sorbet waren TOP!
Wenn man in der Stadt ist von Palma, kann ich es nur empfehlen!
