Hard Rock Cafe

Nice location in Mallorca, but subpar for a Hard Rock. Service ranked a 3 on a 10 point scale: meal came without the Cole slaw, asked for mustard and ketchup twice on the side, not what you should expect paying as much for the meal. Chicken sandwich Club was ground up (I call it Torn-​Up Chicken with no flavor. Other posters here complained about the service and I have to pile on it. Stick with something local, like I should have and don’t be disappointed as I was.

Terrible Service!
It’s not often that I give a place a bad review but this place surely fit the bill. Myself and a couple of friends were visiting the Island for a recent Navy Port-​call. After walking around the downtown area figured we’d check out the Hard Rock for dinner. We arrived and was told there was a 15 minute wait. In the mean time we decided to go to the bar and order a few drinks while we waited. First off there was only ONE bartender working behind the bar and was too busy to serve us drinks and was told we had to wait due to the bartender serving food as well. We waited 20 minutes at the bar to get just one drink and ended up leaving do to the extremely slow service. We were never called to are table either after the original 15 minutes elapsed.
**Overall from past experiences it seems at though ALL places in Europe are VERY SLOW on service, not just this place even when compared to how efficiently its done in America. Even after getting a table you can also expect to wait an ADDITIONAL 20minutes before the waiter even shows up to place an order for drinks. It’s just sad even when they are happy that your there to eat at there restaurant they don’t make it worth your while.

Great service, waiter was going on a break and handed us over to a new waiter and let us know. We were well looked after.
Food is a bit more expensive than the establishments further down the road but it comes in servings big enough for two so its great value. The outdoor seating is fantastic, plenty of shade or sun on a sunny day if you desire, protection from the elements on inclement days, and good tunes to relax and have a few beverages.
Meals are large so if you are after something light it’s great for sharing.
