Fundado en 2003.

Asetspain was founded in 2003 when we saw a need for a reliable company to take care of people who were purchasing properties in the Southern Costa Blanca. From our first client, our portfolio expanded rapidly without any advertising except word of mouth and today we take care of over 200 private properties and have over 90 properties available for rental. We are one of the leading rental companies in this area and are affiliated with the Valencian Tourism Board and INE and are fully licensed and insured. Our clients have requested some diverse services during this time and we have become a very contact for any requirements that you may have so give us a call and try us.

After working in Spain for 8 years in the building and hospitality trade, I opened my own Fun Pub in Villamartin Plaza offering six lanes of Bowlingo, amusements, pool tables and good beers and cocktails. The bar catered for all tastes and from young children, to families and groups of Golfers. Whilst working at the bar, I saw an opportunity to open a hotel in the immediate area and embarked on a new career renting out private villas in a private complex. This was very popular and within the three years of starting the hotel Armispa, we converted it in to more of a hotel with 150 twin rooms, 300 seater restaurant, gym, spa and two swimming pools for our guests. After an incredible amount of hard work and a new arrival in the shape of my baby daughter, I decided to sell up and open Asetspain to manage and rent privately owned properties and the rest, as they say, is history.
