As regular readers of my reviews will know, In July 2014 I visited Madrid and recently I have been catching up on my reviews, which I definitely should of left around that time, but just simply never got round to it(I’m a very busy guy) This Real Madrid Shop is in Sol(The City centre) and if I recall directly is near enough opposite The Europa Hotel and Café. This store is a small shop, much smaller than the shop at the stadium. As I recall, this store isn’t great and compared to the store at the stadium, it is like Little Cook compared to Big Cook, for those familiar with the children’s cooking show. Going into the store it is quite nice, especially for Real Madrid fans(As you can tell from my Unilocal Profile picture I am not one) and it does look alot better than it actually is. It only seems to stock the basics, I actually struggled to get a postcard of the stadium here and the staff didn’t seem too willing to help, maybe because they could tell through my english accent and Manchester City shirt I wasn’t a Real Madrid fan, but a tourist, but still they should of thought«We should welcome this man to Madrid, even though he does not support Real » It is like walking into a Starbucks shop and them refusing to serve you because you wanted a cup of tea,(I wasn’t refused to be served and kicked out, I am just using the metaphor for effect) They do stock the basics here, like shirts, scarves, near enough everything Real Madrid, but the range here as I said is like an egg, compared to the store, which is a full english breakfast in this case. If you are not a Real Madrid fan, you really don’t want to visit this store in all honesty as it is predominantly dominated by Real Madrid basics, at sky high prices and I would advise you to visit the stadium, Due to the location and it being like a «semi-paradise» for Real Madrid fans, I have to give 3 stars that even so is a little generous but still this store certainly doesn’t deserve 2 stars, and you can tell I am showing my loyalty and dedication to Unilocal by not showing bias because Manchester City have never beaten Real Madrid competitively(They is a first time for everything!)
