Mirabé

The views start the night off just right! Great collection of Spanish wines and tapas are on the menu of course! Artichokes and calamari were delightful with some good wine. Then the seafood paella was SO GOOD! There are other choices but this IS IT! Don’t miss this place or you will regret as the food was VERY VERY delicious!

Pagas por las vistas del restaurante. La comida me esperaba mas. No es tan sabrosa.
El servicio al cliente normal, aunque nuestro camarero no se enteraba de mucho.
Calidad precio muy caro para lo que comes. Recomendable mejor ir a tomar una copa.

Great service who speaks English and Spanish
My first paella I’ve ever had, and it was excellent — I’m not even a huge fan of seafood.
It may seem expensive at first, but I paid $ 40 or so for dinner, a dessert and several drinks.
Above anything else, the view was incredible. The restaurant has a very laid back atmosphere and is the perfect way to end a vacation, have a drink after work, or celebrate in any way. I am here on a Wednesday, but I am sure Friday happy hour this is the place to be.
I will add some patrons were in suits while I missed the tram and walked up the mountain — I was sweaty and in a nice v neck, I felt under dressed. A great escape from las ramblas where I am staying. So far it is my favorite place in Barcelona. A must for all tourists or locals alike.

This place will be the cherry on top (literally speaking seeing as it is on top of one of the highest mountains in Barcelona…) of your trip in this incredible city. It was where I spent some of my favorite nights, and last night of my six month exchange, in Barcelona. The atmosphere is unbeatable. You see the entire city from an ariel point of view, with inside lounge seating surrounded by all glass windows, or outside patio seating.
I only have ever gone here for drinks, and they are definitely not cheap, but they are definitely worth it. They are really well made, with an incredibly extensive gin and tonic menu that I tried about seven different kinds of and found that not one of them was a disappointment. If you spend any amount of time in Barcelona, it doesn’t take long to realize the way the Spainish drink Gin and Tonic is almost like a science, and it’s a huge trend. They all come infused with different spices and are paired with specific gins to bring out the flavor. Personally I would have to say the G’Vine is my favorite, but like I said you really can’t go wrong. This is the place I fell in love with the «gin y tonica», and most will leave as a converted gin fans. I for sure did. The Sangria is also really good as well, but definitely can find more reasonable priced Sangria elsewhere.
It’s at the top of Tibidado, so if you take the metro line from Placa Cataluyna all the way to Tibidado, you can get a cab from the exit of the metro to Mirabe for about 9 euro, or you can hop on the bus that goes to the Funicular of Tibidado and you’ll see Mirabe right there to your right. The restaurant is open to the public after 7 (private events and such before hand), so check bus schedules accordingly. But trust me, DON’T leave Barcelona without checking this place out. It will leave you with one of the best memories of the city you’ll have to think back on!

Stunning views overlooking Barcelona !!! We rented a Vespa and this was our first stop on tour !! Early afternoon. It was breathtaking !!! We didn’t order food so I can’t comment on that, just drinks. I will tell you, though, I did not want to leave.

A spectacular view of Barcelona on Tibidabo Mountain!
Loved this lounge type of restaurant because it was quiet and intimate. It’s a perfect spot for a date. My girl friend and I decided to have a small dinner and drinks overlooking the city. The mojitos are amazing here., very refreshing and high-​quality. We also got a pitcher of Sangria which was also very good. We split an order of the chicken paella… not bad, but I’ve definitely had better.
Overall, the ambiance of Mirabé was perfect for a evening out and nothing beats the wonderful view!

He ido un par de veces a este lugar, a la celebración de la boda de una amiga y a tomar algo una cálida noche de verano y las dos veces salí encantada con este lugar.
¿Razones?, ahí van unas cuantas:
— El local es grande y espacioso, por lo que no tienes que ir a la carrera de mesa y sillas, o de un espacio en el que situarte…
— Tienes espacios cerrados (donde se halla la discoteca) y terraza y jardín, muy agradables… por lo que eliges en función de tu estado de ánimo.
— Las vistas son espectaculares, con Barcelona a tus pies. Este lugar es un balcón con preciosas vistas.
— El local está decorado con mucho gusto y comodidad.
— El servicio quizá es un poco lento, pero no más que los otros locales nocturnos en los que los consumidores nos apilamos frente la barra.

Un sitio ideal para visitar un sabado por la noche con los amigos.

A great place to spend an evening in Barcelona. Travel to Tibidabao metro, and climb up the hill. The view over the city is spectacular, day or night.

Durch Zufall habe ich einer Bar einige Leute kennen gelernt, die mich mitgenommen haben in das Mirabé. Mit einem Taxi ging es den Berg hinauf zu dem Club. Angekommen bat sich ein Blick über das nächtliche Barcelona, den man von der großen Terrasse des Clubs aus wunderbar genießen kann. Der Außenbereich ist sehr schön angelegt mit vielen Sitzgelegenheiten und einem Teich in der Mitte. Innen gibt zwei Floors auf zwei Etagen. Dort kann man beim Tanzen zu Electro oder gemischter Musik durch die Glasfassaden ebenfalls der Blick nach draußen erleben. Wirklich mal ein tolles Erlebnis im Gegensatz zu gewohnten Clubs. Preislich liegen die Getränke im Durchschnitt für Barcelonas Nachtleben, Bier vom Faß 5 EUR. Tagsüber kann man dort glaub ich auch Essen gehen oder die Location auch für besondere Anlässe mieten.
