The best customer service I had experienced) n very cozy atmosphere, very clean, and best team working.

I got a mani/​pedi and Brazilian wax. The ladies that worked here were so nice and the atmosphere was great, but that was it. The services were terrible. I asked for French tip on my toes and the line is crooked on all toes. On my nails there is polish all on my cuticles and the sides of my fingers, they looked better when I came in from a manicure I had done myself. And the wax. Oh. My. God. The wax they use is terrible, it is very runny and would string all over my legs which I had to clean up after myself. Then she had one of the other girls come in to «practice» on me, without asking if it was okay. The other girl basically gently tugged on the wax, just enough for it to pull the hair but not actually rip it out. So it was extremely painful and took a long time. And the wax didn’t really even grab the hair so they went over the same spot like 5 times, to the point of my skin being raw. The only reason I’m even giving it 2 stars is because of the atmosphere and they were nice. But it’s not worth going to.
