So I am visiting my home country Denmark this summer and I ask around for the best sushi place! Everybody I asked told me Zen O sushi in waterfront shopping center in hellerup is out of this world! So I went (a little skeptical since I couldn’t imagine gourmet sushi in a shopping mall) OMG! The food there, which is not only sushi– ask chef and he usually will do some magic– is so unbelievable! Kobe beef roll with truffles, foie gras sushi, lobster sushi, homemade saffron mayonnaise etc etc etc etc!!! This place is over the top wonderful! Everything I have tasted sushi wise is NOTHING compared to this! Also, I heard, the chef is denmarks best sushi chef
