Another one of the newly popped-up taco shacks in Cph. Service was great, but the tacos were just average or slightly above. Given the other options for tacos in Cph, I would skip this one and go somewhere else, unless you’re really craving the taco goodness :) I had a quesadilla and a chicken taco. I do prefer the Texan-style crunchy quesadillas, however the bean sauce was perfectly spicy and I can’t blame them for their chosen style of quesadilla. I missed the self-serve chili(I don’t they put enough on mine) — they should put out the chili sauce so you can spice the tacos yourself. I’m on the verge of giving it four stars, because there are so few options for soft-shell tacos and you definitely owe yourself the experience, but seeing as the others are simply better you may wanna skip this place and try out one of the other ones.

I must admit that my knowledge of taco is very little so I can’t say whether this is an authentic taco or not, but the one that I got from this place is ok. Although I think 40kr for one(2 for 65kr) is a bit on the steep side, maybe most of the price goes to renting the truck space at the Street Food building, what do I know? When I was there, they only had carnitas, which I had no complaints about because I think carnitas taco are the best taco ever, but wish I could have something else to compare to.

My husband and I are on a never ending search for decent Mexican food in Scandinavia. We’re spoiled brats from Southern California who grew up with Mexican restaurants on every corner and literally had a view of Mexico when we climbed a nearby hill. We’re a pretty tough crowd to please, but luckily, Tacos Chucho nailed it. As you first view Mario’s stall, you can see him making the homemade tortillas in the window. Talk about fresh! We had the Pork Cheek and Chicken Mole tacos. The tacos came with slices of fresh avocado, salsa, and hot sauce. Both were bursting with flavor, especially the Chicken Mole! Could have been a little bit spicier for our tastes, but we just like everything hot. My husband claimed he could eat about 20 of those tacos but we didn’t want to fill up from just one stall at the time… Thinking back, I don’t either either of us would have minded if we only ate at Tacos Chucho! Mario was very friendly and service was quick. Prices were reasonable when in comparison to other Mexican food places around town like Barburitto, but at Tacos Chucho you’re getting authentic Mexican tacos. Could not recommend Tacos Chucho enough especially when you’re craving Tacos… or just really good food in general.
