Schondorf, Bayern

Großzügige, modern eingerichtete Designer Appartments am südlichen Stadtrand, die für Kopenhagener Verhältnisse relativ preisgünstig sind. Im Gebäude gibt es mehrere Restaurants, einen Bäcker und einen Bio-Supermarkt. Etwa fünf Gehminuten entfernt ist eine Station des Wasserbusses, mit dem man schnell in die Innenstadt kommt.
Die Appartments haben eine sehr ordentliche Küche und bequeme Betten. Das Bad ist leider etwas klein geraten. Durch die raumhohen Fenster hat man an der Westseite einen schönen Blick übers Wasser.
Leider wird in der Gegend gerade viel gebaut. Unter Tags ist es deshalb recht laut, in der Nacht aber schön ruhig.

Takes a little getting used to staying at STAY, but this is my third time and the experience has been good once again. STAY Hotel is always a mix bag, if I had to say what stops it from being great is a lack of consistency and cohesion. Definitely recommendable. Center of town is a $ 15 – 20 US Dollars taxi fare away, or you can rent their bikes or a 15 min. walk to the train station. It is embeded in a residential neighborhood, so the feel is very different in my opinion, from other hotels, which goes well with the apart-hotel concept, having a full size kitchen, dinning room and laundry capabilities in the «rooms». Might come back.
