This is my favourite pub in central Copenhagen. There is a very nice atmosphere, well poured beer of their own making and great pub grub if you feel hungry. There is a restaurant section too with a menu where you can make reservations, however we prefer the pub.

We went after going to the Christmas Market. You can have pub grub in the bar area or you can a 2, 3, or 4 course, price fixed meal in the restaurant. Go for the price fixed dinner as it is incredible. My wife had the artichoke soup as an appetizer. It was amazing. The staff was incredible. Its also a micro brewery and the beer is fantastic as well.

Was amazing. There are few places that I’d send my snobby haute cuisine friends. This one is recommend to them and their beer conneseur cousins

A fantastic little pub. Wonderful beer and nicely priced good portioned tastey food. It had a lovely traditional pub feel. Although the bar tender was very sweet — he was a bit dipsy with our drinks order. But i would highly recommend to eat there if you’re traveling.

Excellent burgers, great beer — had the James Brown ale: really, really excellent pint…

I live in Boulder Colorado which probably has more micro-breweries and brewpubs per-capita than anyplace else on Earth. And by that exacting standard — this place rocks. Really good beers. Served ice cold. Awesome burgers. Super nice staff. As good as the best brewpubs in Boulder.

Well done, Copenhagen! Six years ago, I would have been very grateful for this place, now it is nothing but mediocre. It has a full range; lager, IPA, wheat beer, a red ale, pale ale and a porter I recall. I should also say that I did not try the food. The setting seemed very nice. Very clean inside and a very picturesque courtyard. Service was a little slow, but that may have been just that evening. There beer was, however, not that good. I grew up on these types of beer and there are now far better examples around, The Black Swan for Danish brews, Mikkler so not far away and The Bishops Arms even. Only one if these three does food adn it might be very good here, but a place called BrewPub is asking to be judged on its beer.

A recommendation from our Copenhagen friend brought us here, as he knew we appreciate small breweries. It’s in a lovely setting, with a large open courtyard(with heaters, of course) or a semi-basement to choose from. We thoroughly enjoyed the beers, which included a lager, a wheat beer, a red ale, and a porter, among others.

Brewpub has a good selection of beer, a selection that is also alive and dynamic. You are not guaranteed to find what you drank last week if you are looking for import-beer as the selection updates and changes all the time. What you can rely on though are the homebrewed stuff. They have a certain smokey-aspect to all their homebrewed beer and you can never go wrong with their Porter. I recommend that you try their porter-flavoured pot-pie with vegetables of the season. It is good value for the money and very tasty.

Brewpub serve some of the most exiting beer in Copenhagen. They serve ales, beers and lagers, most made in-house, but they also serve a great selection fit to please any connoisseur’s pallet. They also serve some exiting«beer-cocktails». I have not eaten there, except for their home made pommes frites — which was nice, but not exceptional. If you want to taste some fantastic beer — you need to go here!

This is a good place to try out some nice beers near the centre of Copenhagen. The name might be a bit misleading; this is definitely a modern bar rather than a pub. It is a bit too shiny, new and trendy and without atmosphere for my liking, but the drinks are good. I really enjoyed the Elhorn pale ale here, which was made with cascade hops, which I recently discovered were very much to my taste. Had a sip of their cider too and that was pretty nice! Their website advertises a couple of beers with a smoky hint which I am disappointed that I didn’t see!
