As a homeowner do not call these guys, unless you need a racist bridge troll to grumble about the quality of another installer’s work and make vague estimates about what is required to fix your issue and what it will cost.
«$ 400…cash.» O-​kay, that seems pretty high for one small part and a half-​hour of labour (this was after I’d already paid the $ 100 diagnostic visit charge), but I’m too busy to haggle now. I said I would drop by their office the next day, pay them (by cheque) and get a proper receipt. I show up, (business) cheque book in hand, but no… No receipt! Cash! Honestly it got worse from there.
