Very good chicken Roti and special, just as I remember it. It has 15 years since I have been here last.

For my wife and I, this was our first experience eating roti. And WOW! Was it ever great! I wish I had taken a photo of that amazing roti and salad. They were delicious! We started off with a Jamaican patty. It had a slight«kick» with mild flavor. The salad is at the top of my list for flavor… not boring. It had no less than 10 ingredients(try to find more), including fruit, not counting the house-made vinaigrette dressing which nicely topped it off. My wife enjoyed the chicken roti, while I savoured the beef. The server politely answered all our questions, noting that all the dishes were homemade from scratch, right down to the shells, which are so soft and fresh. Mmmm. The meals were prepared quicker than expected. Being our first Caribbean experience, we will be back for a taste of the islands.

Had chicken curry plate with salad, mixed rice, and chicken. 12 bucks and was great. I took a doggy bag home so for me there was two meals from the one plate. It is not a fancy décor. It was kind of slow service but the food was great and you get a lot of bang for your buck

Came here today for a late lunch/early dinner(3pm — is that lunch or dinner?) The atmosphere is typical of your little hole in the wall, family run restaurants — comfortable and clean with a bit of a mishmash of décor — nothing too fancy but overall decent. Restrooms were clean. I could have done without the Xmas carols playing but they switched to some less seasonal music a little later on. The staff was really friendly and nice — service was attentive, water glasses were refilled regularly, and they came to check and make sure everything was going well periodically, without being intrusive or hovering. The food was excellent. I ordered the conch roti, though there were a lot of other really interesting selection on the menu that tempted me, such as elk roti, bison roti, calypso beef, Jamaican patties and more. The roti was really tasty, nicely seasoned with large chunks of conch. The conch was a bit chewy and probably would have been better if it had been cut into thin slices instead of chunks but it was still really good — I’d order it again. The roti was quite large and came with a salad which was pretty amazing — I’m not sure what exactly was in it, but it had a really great mix of greens, fruit, dried fruit & seeds with a really nice dressing. The salad is a side, but that alone would have been worth the trip out there. I can’t wait to go back and try their other dishes. This was a really great place to go for a meal.
