I’m writing to share my experience with Stephen Olyniuk. While I haven’t had the pleasure of buying a home from him and his wife, I have had a business transaction with the man. I sold my beloved Z28 to him a couple of years back. I was looking to sell to someone who would share the same love and respect for the vehicle that I had. In dealing with Stephen, he was honest and forthright about his love for the car. Most importantly, however, was the professionalism with which he carried himself, making the transaction go as smoothly as possible. He was extremely genuine, which can only lead me to believe that he would be nothing short of the same in regard to his own business.
In closing, if I were looking for a home in the Winnipeg, MB, area, I wouldn’t hesitate in calling upon Stephen and his wife for assistance in finding the perfect home for my family.
