I’m a Starbucks addict, so I know a good Starbucks when I see one. At this location, there are amazing baristas and a nice atmosphere. I have a toddler, and they tolerate (and joke) about the messes she might make by dropping her food on the floor. One barista in particular goes above and beyond, he even helped us carry our drinks to the car. This is our go — to Starbucks!

Generally, franchises are pretty similar no matter where you go but I guess that concept does not hold true for the Taylor Avenue location. I can’t count the number of times where they have screwed up an order. My orders aren’t complicated as it’s usually something like «no whip» or «no ice». Yet, invariably, I always end up with whip cream or ice in my drink! The worst part is that the staff there don’t seem to care whereas most other Starbucks locations will always offer to remake the drink or offer a free drink coupon for the next visit.
I’ve mentioned how bad the service is at Taylor to other Starbucks location staff and even they have said that many customers complain how bad the service is at the Taylor location. The only redeeming factor about this place is that it has a drive-​thru for those days that one is too lazy to walk in.
