I had to go to STBONIFACEHOSPITAL emergency on Sunday August 24 approximately 10:30 — 11:00 pm. I had a gallbladder attack. We had been there for hours. I wasvin great pain and I had been given pain medication. No problem. But I had ask the nurse about going to the Tim Hortons for simple cup of tea. She said ok they close at 11:30. So with my husband helping me down the hallway to get tea, a female security guard demanded to know where we were going«because the hallway is closed». **please note there are NOSIGNS stating this Nor Anything posted about hallways being closed or YOUHAVETOCHECKWITHSECURITYGUARDS before going for coffee or tea”.**** I told her we’re going for tea. And my husband and I kept walking. Im bent over in some pain. He and I are having a conversation when this female security guard is eavesdropping and heard us talking about how they(security guards) were being complete asses. Like really rude hateful etc. She then called other guards who then proceeded to follow us to the Tim Hortons and then berated us in front of the Tim Hortons employees as well as other hospital staff. Its all I could do to properly stand to order my tea when this heavy set male guard started with us. He proceeded to tell us «That if I was so sick I needed to stay in emergency». Who is this guy and who does he think he is? «He told us that we were Restricted from going on this side of emergency. « I kept asking him to stop with us and he kept going. These people NEEDTOBEFIRED. For we were not the only ones this happened to that night. If anyone knows who these people are please contact me on Facebook

This hospital not only delivered two of my children, but saved the life of one or them. My first daughter was premature and born with a lung infection. The staff was wonderful in helping us, answering questions, and simply being there for us. Our second visit for our second baby was even better, as all went well. Very pleasant experience.
